They charged Rs 2400 for a double bed AC room (for 7 hours) which I think would have been best with a price of Rs 2000/-. With Rs 2400/- much better hotels are available nearby.

On website , they are reflecting 1 double bed and 1 pouch bed, but thr was no pouch bed.Even after showing details of booking , representative is refuse to take ownership and blame website for misvommitment...very rude in nature...looks he used to trap people by miscommittment and later blaming to website or very rude behaviour

Staff is good. Clean bathroom. Location is good and safe. Hotels, shopping, metro everything nearby.
Strong chemical smell when you get out of room. Very bad fungal/mold smell inside the room. Had to keep the window always open. Need to carry dhoop sticks and mosquito liquid. This is must for Cochin.TV did not work. This is too bad.
Nice place, centre of City. Tirumala Devosam temple is near by. Rooms are clean and maintenance is good. Preferred for family stay.

They have unique policy, if you checked in the evening 6 pm. you have 24 hours to check out. no need to do 11:00 am checkout. It gives comfort in a sense.
