I loved the professionalism and welcoming attitude from the staff , I could say that they were trained really well

There were a few small cockroaches in the cupboard areas , the AC was a pain to work with as it produced a really loud sound when I switched it on , the water flow from the taps and the shower heads were really uneven and did kept gushing out water at very pressurised rates which was pretty annoying. Also the shower head was broken and looked like it was not well maintained.

Staffs are oke

The overall experience at this hotel was quite poor. The blankets and towels provided were not clean, and the toilet was in bad condition. The AC was full of dust and didn’t work properly. There was a constant bad smell throughout the hotel, making the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

Value for money, very close to my place.

There was some problem with the WC. Had some weird sounds coming due to water pressure.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The staff went above and beyond with their politeness and helpfulness. The hotel's location was also a major plus, offering easy access to key attractions. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to others. It was a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning soon.

The breakfast was good though limited options were available. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful

The rooms were very small, toiletries and room service are provided only on request despite high room rates. Painting works were going on which spoiled the ambiance.

The best part of the property was the food.. it was exceptional and the F.O staff too.

Quality of the room was not worth it.. I had come with my family, and was taken aback considering the size of the room from what I had expected.

The location

The sheets were dirty with hair on it and stains, the rooms had a damp smell - we kept door open for the smell to go. The ac kept turning off, the mechanic tried to fix but the whole night it kept turning off!We booked 2 double rooms for 04 people and when we reached the property, they demanded we pay 700 per extra person as they could only see 2 people for 2 double rooms. We tried to add an extra perosn in booking.com but message said only two people! Though we showed the message, staff said have to pay. When we checked rates for another day for 4 people for 2 rooms we got the same rate as now! They finally gave us keys n next day at checkout they said waiving the extra fees as ac didn’t work!!!!!!!!! Were the staff trying to cheat us??? When the rates remain the same how can they ask for extra money?

Room and bathroom neat. Worth the money. Food was excellent. Staff friendly

The location is congested with narrow roads.The room AC was making too much noise and no temperature control. Even if you set at 27 degrees it is too cool and not cutting off. Probably it is a high capacity AC

Cleanliness was good.

The rules for cleaning rooms were not explain by Staff while alloting room. Food is not available, specially we were out of Kerala so they suppose to help us, they don't have tie up with any restaurant so it is very difficult to arrange the food. Lunch is not available in the restaurant. Room size is small

Staff was friendly.

Staff was just friendly. No parking provided. Was not in a well oriented manner. No bills provided. As a frequent traveler and as I travel with my family I felt that this was a terrible decision to stay at Zoot. Zoot is good for bachelors and couples who ever like a just decent stay.Room was not that clean. Small room. Bathroom was decent. Bedsheets had stains. For this price, the kind of stuff they provide was way below the mark.

I recently booked this hotel for my parents, and they had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and freshly made.

There was a small issue with the room cost at first due to taxes not being included on booking.com, but it was clarified.Overall, their stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Although the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped initially, upon requesting a thorough cleaning and additional toiletries, they promptly and efficiently addressed all my concerns without any delays. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to assist even late at night and their flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel.

Should hav been more clean.

Good convenient location with quiet and very spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection.

It's too good for the rate. Can't complain about anything. They kept the kitchen open even after buffet time so our entire team could sit together for breakfast.

Remotes don't work as expected. It's either the AC remote or tv remote that has an issue.

The breakfast was nice .. even small menu .. but it was really good

Wall all damaged . I found my floor was flooded and I got excuse is that , water come from window . Toilet is fully stained We requested for 2 single bed but after check in we found its twin bed .

Overall o.k. food served was good. Toilets were not cleaned. They must have to look on to that. Bath towels must be little more fresh.

Rest rooms. Must have to look onto that. Must be clean and tidy.
