Port Muziris, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel By Marriott, Kochi Airport

Great staff - went above and beyond to help us with things we needed to get done. Great rooms and amazing food via room service. We had a fish curry dish that was spectacular. Shower was beautiful and water pressure/temperature just perfect. We needed to do laundry before departing for our flight and they were able to deliver it overnight at short notice. Location is super close to the airport - made it less stressful to catch our very early morning flight.

Nothing, all was great. I would stay here again if I needed to be near the airport.

Amazing food and courteous staff. It was a hop over for us for the night before heading to Kumarakom and the whole experience was simply awesome. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Repairs and cleaning people were quite disturbed during our daytime on the roof pool all day. We had to move our privacy to ourselves

While booking the hotel it is agreed that airport drop pick by hotel. They didn’t arrange pick up. Hotel changed me the money with out providing the service and even not apologized. Pathetic!

Incredible service by the staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Incredibly convenient due to its proximity and shuttles to the Kochi airport

The floor wasn’t clean something was sticky on the floor and worn not worth the money, we could have booked for 1000 rupees better room. We thought as five start we shouldn’t had to face these negatives

The room was like for one person, we booked for a family, the toothbrush and other toiletries were all single.The shower head came off around 11 and it took around one hour to finally sort it we were very sleepy and wanted to take shower

Managed to forget my phone at checkout. it was 1:30am, i was already on the way to the airport on the shuttle. It was no trouble for the staff to turn around and allow me to go and get it.

Lovely hotel close to airport, staff very friendly and exceptional decor, the negatives were;-The roof too pool was being refurbished so was out of action along with the outside seating area on roof, would liked to be informed as it was extremely hot and a dip in pool would be nice.We were offered the use of pool 100m down road in sister hotel. The hotel bar was is a closed of room with no windows! The restaurant area was uncomfortably cold in evening, had to wear trousers and a jumper and even then still wasn’t comfortable, so left restaurant sooner than would have liked.

Breakfast was very good

Sadly they sold something they didn’t have. No executive floor no executive bar, no evening canapés or drinks and the pool was being renovated.

The location at 1500 metres from the arivals hall at Kochi International Airport is an absolute boon. The distance, even in muggy 30C, is walkable. Vital when there seems to be fewer taxis than arrivals wanting them. The question is moot as to whether taxis would take you that distance. Neither Tallinn nor Heathrow airport taxis would consider such a small fare.

Cleanliness. Staff is very responsive,read. to help and listen to your queries. Chef is good. Breakfast was well spread. Free airport pick up was excellent. Polite driver and also his assistant. Front desk manager Irin personally kept contact and was always available. She is a very happy person.

That my stay was very short this time.

Staff was efficient. Breakfast with good options with hot fresh food available from the grill. Room was comfortable. Location excellent.

Location was perfect for an early morning flight. They went out of their way to provide breakfast packs for us as we had an early flight

No alcohol was available for purchase with meals.

Their service was outstanding! The food was delicious. Close to the airport, fully soundproof.Wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel within minutes of Cochin Airport. Our room was really nice. Very quiet and comfortable and we had a great sleep. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Food was very enjoyable and staff were outstanding.

Clean, beautiful boutique type. Very friendly staff. Gave me a bon oy upgrade to a suite room !

Everything was at a very high standard from checkin, spacious rooms, friendly staff and room service. It’s a very short ride to the airport via a organised taxi, complimentary of the hotel.
