Bad smell and non hygiene

Nice small hotel near Cochi airport! Clean spacious new comfortable rooms, very helpful and welcoming staff, good restaurant with a wide variety of Indian dishes and few non-Indian options. I had minor issues with intermittent electricity and hot water pressure, but otherwise it was a very positive experience.

The staff at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.It's a 15min drive from the airport and about one hour to Fort Kochi. They will organise a taxi to pick you up from the airport.

Just as a Note:There was a misinterpretation when I asked for a taxi pick up at 4am. Even though I sent the flight details with the dates (for this reason I booked 2nights). They thought I would come one day earlier and wanted some extra payment. Luckily we could solve it out after a few text messages. For the future please read the whole flight details espacielly the dates.

Wonderful short stay.Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The service from all staff was very friendly, hospitable, and accomodating, especially Mr. Vinesh. The hotel facilities and upkeep were of good standard. The cleanliness was remarkable.

Movies on TV were not available on some days.

The hotel staff, especially Mr. Jipth from the front desk and Mr. Rajendran from the security department, are incredibly courteous and provided outstanding assistance throughout our entire stay. The room service crew is outstanding in every way, and the food they served us was fantastic.Excellent hotel.

The housekeeping area is the sole area that requires attention from the hotel staff. The restrooms appeared to be unclean, and the floor of the room was just dusted.

Very poor hospitality business staff should be co operative and gentle to customers It’s worst than slaughter staffs Money minded receptions team They cancelled my booking and tried to take double prices room. Didn’t stayed this property due to misbehavior of staff and not given our booked room

Cleanliness needs to be taken care of seriously. You will get a 5 star from customers.

A really well run small 4 star hotel with convenient location for airport (15 min taxi) station (under 10 mins walk) with trains to Alleppey for a day trip, and bus station (many buses to Munnar in 4 hours) Clean, spacious room with all modern facilities including fridge and kettle. The most comfortable bed I slept in on India, and shower was up there too (separated with a screen from the bathroom which is appreciated here!) Friendly efficient staff who spoke good English Generous breakfast buffet of local dishes

Few healthy western options at breakfast e.g oats/porridge/musli, curd/yoghurt, pancakes - only cornflakesNot much else in Aluva, but I knew this, and was looking for an in between point to ease travel within Kerala. This was perfect when Kochi Airport is far from centre and I flew in late at night
