Really poor bed structure and management not act in good manner, abd they will interfere with us before check out time also they cant control mosquitos Really bad experince from management side also dnt put hotel pics in ur profile ok everybody think like that hotel ok so plss do action about them

Worst hotel experience ever

There was nothing to like. The toilet seat was broken, roaches in the bed and room. The laminate wood on the walls were coming off they put cello tape to hold it in place. No hot water. Semen stains on the curtains. Dirty pillow covers and sheets.

Claustrophobic room.

I booked a de luxe room - listed on booking.com as 23 square metres with a view. I got a room with no window, about 15 sq.metres. After 12 hours on buses,too knackered to argue.

Check in too check out process Staff was humble good and room was good but need to b checked of dust on curtains and all Over all good stay And more over near by many hotels n shops

There is nothing to b unlike

The location was really near to the metro and in MG road. Room is okay but don't expect it to be a hotel. This is a makeshift setup where you are boarding for a night's sleep and to freshen up - don't expect anything more.

During check-in, the sheets were sprayed with sanitizer over the bed than changing it for new guests. The smell was so heavy that being in the room itself was difficult for the initial hour. Bathroom and the room is quite basic and tiny. If you're looking for a better environment and with family, this might not be the option.

1. We warned that we would arrive in the evening, but administrator wanted to cancel our booking because we did not arrive in the afternoon for check-in. And we explained to him for a long time that we had an evening bus and that we would definitely.2. The room was dirty, the bathroom was very dirty. No mosquito net in the room. The fan in the room was broken and rattled very loudly. We slept with the window open, which caused a lot of chambers3. There were no towels, toilet paper or soap in the room

Nothing much to like in the hotel. It's not upto the mark

Not even a proper parking and hospitality. I have to park the car at roadside. I had raised the issue with staff and reply was to keep it in road. Not sure how this hotel is in 3star category in booking.com.

Poor cleanliness, bed sheets provided are not clean / not washed after previous use. Attitude & service from staff side is poor.Not worth considering the payment done for the same

Need improvement on overall cleaniess. Pillows are old and towel was torn. Bathroom was slippery. The only positive thing is that the hotel is placed in the city and if there is work in city it could be of choice

Nothing particular as a traveler

It’s not worth full for what it’s charged and moreover, linen which was provided doesn’t look like washed. Room and toilet are really small.

Staff management & room fecility is good
