I hadn't breakfast, because I need to go early morning.

WIFI didn't given. I didn't ask, but they also didn't give any hint about WIFI facility. Otherwise all are good.

Did not stay here

There was no option for advance payment and still they cancelled without us asking them and early morning came after 20 hour journey to find them shuttered and my booking cancelled.

Nothing - avoid at all costs

I attended this property on the selected confirmed booking date after a flight from Goa to be told that my room was not confirmed and had been given to anothet guest who arrived an hour before me. When speaking to the host they stated that to make sure the booking was confirmed we had to pre pay the whole amount before arrival, even though when booking it and getting confirmation it stated no pre payment needed, pay at property and not even a debit card was required to book it. I was sent numerous messages on booking.com from the property stating that my booking wasn't confirmed until I paid the full amount but they did not provide a way to do this. When I tried to contact them over 5 times they kept re-sending the same copy and paste message saying I needed to pay before arrival and if not my booking would be cancelled. I kept trying to contact them stating the time I would be arriving and that the booking states pay at property, thus confirming my stay. So when arriving late in the evening to be told I did not have a room even though it clearly showed on booking.com that my room was confirmed the host stated that booking.com was the one that cancelled and not them. However, this was not true as they sent a message to me stating my booking had been cancelled as per my request (which I did not request) and then said that they hadn't cancelled the room. The host was completely un helpful and was lying saying booking.com cancelled the room not them when booking.com still showed the confirmation of my room. They should not advertise no pre payment needed if they are then going to essentially threaten people to pay all the money before arriving otherwise they'll cancel their booking and then not give you a way to pay if before arrival or answer any emails, phone or through booking.com. Completely avoid this place, there's certainly something dishonest going on.

Really nice rooms and facilities, it's a great stop over place when going to airport.

Not sociable and nothing really to do close by.

Not cleaned bed sheets and pillowsGiven used by others..room with very bad smell.After we complaint, the next day reception boy given another room, he behave gently. But first day was horrible

DIRTY BEDS AND LINENES, AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, BREAKFAST WAS COLD, TOWELS WERE NOT WASHED AND SANITIZED.......TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT TRUST THEIR PICTURES AND BOOK THIS HELL HOLE.

It's not a hotel. It should be an apartment

No hotel ambience, no parking facility

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

The staff was asking more money.

The cleanliness and the place was silent.

It looked like a apartment hotel

For what its purpose is...it's good. And that's a short stay while you wait for tomorrow's continuation of the journey...by train or bus, which are near the hotel.

Nice room with good design. Comfortable mattress. Very clean. Professional staff. The best room I had in India.

They didn't answer to my last message on Booking.com a few days before the check in.- The breakfast was good but they could offer more selection.Otherwise everything was perfect.

Bathroom is very small congested and the bed sheet and blankets are not clean and good ac remote not working properly tv Malayalam channels are not available

Many thingsBreakfast was not worth - Only appam ( Prepared very early ) nothing else.. Better not to include breakfast Security is zero- Didn’t even bother to ask during check out and no one helped us to for luggage’s Organization is rude and not pleasantDuring check in - Informed on late check out and accepted it for more money and later didn’t allow even for 15mins extra due to full occupancy and new guest is coming which I don’t believe.

Everything, Staff, Cleanliness, space , height and width, bathroom, bed , no restaurant, no helping staffs.

Horrible, no more treebo

Unclean sheets, stinking towels, limited toiletries; not adhering to “your child stays free”
