Very large rooms. Had bathroom, bedroom and living room area. Not far from historical parks. Staff cleans room everyday and brings fresh towels. AC worked great it's in the bedroom area but will cool whole place. Bed super comfortable not hard like a lot of places.

Very attentive hosts. They helped line up a tuk-tuk so I could see the night lighting of temples. Rode their free bike to tour 6 of the temples - abt a 15-min ride to my starting point. My dinners were delivered by Grab and hosts quickly provided plates and silverware and cheerfully let me eat at the tables in brkfst area. Purified water there to refill my water bottle. 2-3 English channels on room TV. They have a small coffee house next door but I didn’t buy. Location was quiet.

Great stay for the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book a taxi to BKK.

The best part was the friendly staff, who really took care of us during our short stay. We also loved the comfortable garden with each room having a small sitting area along its sides. The front of the hotel features a sitting area with a view of a former temple across the road.

Spacious bungalow with a little patio and a beautiful garden view. Quiet. Very clean upon arrival and also cleaned every day during our stay. Wonderful and helpful owner and staff. This place is family run which makes all the difference. Lots of smiles.Tasty breakfast with a temple view - you order à la carte and also have a small buffet to choose from.Free bikes to explore the sights and also get to the restaurants. There is a washing machine on site you can use for a small amount (plus drying space in the back).This place is a true little gem! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Great, clean rooms. Our family enjoyed short stay at this property. And take a room with a breakfast - it’s delicious.

Very friendly hotel personal caused due to a small family hotel and really shown that everyone cares there for the guest. English is not speaken there and with google translate or chat all discussion is on-going. Considering cleaning of the rooms, I never seen such clean rooms and also care about customers things. Perfect. A very good Internet everywhere with a very quite area at the rooms and bird singing in early morning. Very nice and during next project, for sure I also will stay there again.

For breakfast maybe a few cold cuts or ham, would be great. All other perfect and nice organised.

The rooms were lovely set in some lovely manicured gardens,very peaceful.The staff were fantastic,could'nt do enough for you. The breakfast was very nice,made to order & the had a cute little dog called Soda.There are free bikes to use with many sights nearby.

Could have done with a microwave but thats only a small point,there are some restaurants nearby but they close at 9pm.

The generous people that own/operate the house are wonderful. We were helped with every request. Joe called drivers for us so we could explore and also a driver to take us back to BKK. Loved the coffee shop which was on site. The owners dogs added to the feeling of being a part of the family. Breakfast was served on the patio with a ?. Definitely recommend this place. THANK YOU!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice, cozy and clean room in a quiet area, which we love. Their Golden “Fuji” is also super cute! ** Having your own car would be convenient for you to commute to town center though.

A nice chalet style apartment including small exterior porch with seats as well as a small sofa and table inside the chalet. Comfortable bed, nice shower room.

The shower in our room was temperamental. Sometimes way too hot and others only tepid. Whilst the historical park, with all it's features, is just a stones throw, it's considerably further to bars, cafes and restaurants.

Exceptionally helpful owner and the location was great. Having free bikes was also good.

I love this place! Internet, room, staff, quiet ambiance and just overall great service. I was staying at another hotel and had to move due to poor internet. I am so glad I found this place. They helped me talk to the TuKTuK driver and when I had an issue with the internet they solved it quickly.The hospitality was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful affordable place to stay in Ayutthaya.
