- Most staff was friendly, but one was quite a bit cold. Further the shower in the bathroom was mediocre--no actual shower.
- The sitting area was interesting, had some charm and personality, but that's were anything nice seemed to end.In the room:From the inside, you slide a thin bolt to "lock" your room. When you leave, you lock your room from the outside with a cheap padlock.The pillow cases were torn, the blanket was small, thin and dirty, the bed thin and hard. There was the constant sound of water running in the bathroom. Because all the back windows are boarded up and obscured, I could not tell if it was an outside drain, or coming through the bathroom drain. By the way, the bathroom doesn't have a traditional shower, it has a hand sprayer in addition to the typical toilet sprayer, you just shower in the bathroom over the toilet and sink.There was no way in this life that the hostess was ever going to smile or say hello, at least to an American farang.Breakfast of boring eggs and cold, salty processed meat stuff, white toast. Freeze dried coffee you make yourself, the creamer was empty.
- The spa wasn't excellent, there wasn't music and the lady kept asking her son downstairs how much time left, I just thought that was a bit unprofessional, they used lotion instead of oil and they charged 400 baht for that.

Best in Ayutthaya, very traditional and close to city and all sightseeings
The friendly staff, the beautiful and unique interior, the garden so you can even enjoy a morning coffee in nature and it was a great location.

I love the cozy atmosphere, the interior and rooms are spacious. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Also outside they've areas to sit surrounded by plants.
I had a massage, it was really good but they used lotion - maybe try oil next time.. just something I think they can improve.
Close to the old town
My room is close to the small road, so it was hard to sleep due to the noise.
