This was a great experience! Not only did they allow us to leave our bags with them as we arrived too early to check in, but they also allowed us to leave them after we had checked out, but still had several hours until our train departed. Loved it!

We found the shower a little odd because the bathroom was so small that it soaked the toilet, but that's not even a complaint. At the price we paid, "a little odd" doesn't even come close to a complaint. Would definitely stay here again!

Basic clean room with breakfast for almost no money. Great location to get to all the historic sites. Helpful staff, especially the owner who went out of her way to accommodate the guests. Full of information, using the computer to look up stuff, even drove me to computer store to get my laptop repaired. Lots of clean towels, nice fridge, great WIFI and helpful. Best part were the people. Love them and I will come back. So much value for money paid. Laundry service here or just down the street. Also help with tours and transportation. I stayed here for a month.

Attention to detail in specific cleaning, for example trash cans. But remember this is not a 4-star. It is a simple clean and safe place to stay. Also, not a criticism, but if you have problem with stairs, do not book this hotel. There are stairs from the entrance, to all the floors and especially the restaurant which serves breakfast. Also, there are pet dogs, love them. But if you are not a dog lover...

The staff were amazing. I would stay there again just for them. The rooms were all I needed. Toilet shower sink. There was a desk and a stool to do a bit of work. The wifi wasn’t great but if you dont need it then this place is perfect. Great location too.

Friendly and helpful staff.Even though it is a bit far from the temples, the location is still nice, a lot of restaurants and bike rental in the street.The room was clean and comfortable.

There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor : unlike the rooms that were on first floor, it was very dirty with lot of ants and even maggots. We didn't plan to use it in the first place so it didn't bother us, but if you wanted to you may want to think twice.

Clean and ideally located with a lot of nice areas to chill and relax as well as decent breakfast included.

Great value and good central location. Quiet comfortable room free water and shampoo each day. Very big fridge in room and you would never run out of toilet paper as there is a built in fixture in the bathroom. Friendly host. Good size table to work on.

Free breakfast is only eggs and coffee but didn't affect us as we didn't have it. Room was great value had everything you needed.

Very nice area for breakfest. Also the fact that you can leave the baggage free of charge in the hotel after checking out.

Just the shower. But I guess it is just the thai style shower that I don't like. Besides that the bathroom was okay.Our room door was very hard to close. You had to pull on them realy hard to close them. The same problem appeared with opening the door.

The breakfast was a little lame, not a big deal because it was free though. The AC in the room is very noisy though.

It was in a quiet, hidden street and yet very central. The owner was very kind and helpful

The hosts were very kind and friendly! Unfortunately I have to travel with a heavy suitcase and they offer to lifted for me and were very helpful about activities and facilities. Good mattresses

We are budget travellers and for the money it was great. It was quiet, close to lots of restaurants and close to the historic park. The room was large and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is as advertised!

The location was great. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Clean towels, soap, shampoo and water were provided daily. The room had a ceiling fan and a/c which helped to keep it cool and comfortable.

It didn’t affect us, but the property does not have an elevator.

Great location, very friendly hosts, and good rates with clean rooms. Will stay again next time I visit.

The breakfast what was included in the price was far from breakfast. Few cheapest bread toast and butter and jam. It would be better not to have breakfast included in the stay than having this as option

No shower side. When you take a shower, you splash all over the bath and make uncomfortable to use the bathroom later at night.

Would not recommend, just pay a little bit extra for a better place. You have many options.

I have travelled many times across Southeast Asia, but this is the first time I was really disappointed. Rooms are not clean: bedsheets had paintstains,In the bathroom there were cobwebs in every corner (literally takes 5min to clean, and you have less comments about this…) the “continetal breakfast” is (I think) an inside joke? There is no such thing as a “continental breakfast”. Some toast and jam with coffee. That’s it, be transparent and just call it a breakfast snack then…Nextdoor there’s also a construction going on with the necessary noise.When I was checking out the reception was also empty. Stayed there for 10min until my Grab arrived, yet nobody to hand the keys to. Left them on the table. To be completely honest I really don’t understand what the 3 stars mean at the discription of this place. Not even 1 star!
