Old hotel, and facilities. The room was ok. The pool was also in disrepair. 6/10

Beautiful garden; nice relaxed Thai atmosphere

1. Lack of professional management.2. Its location is half an hour by car from Ayutthaya Historical Park.3. When you do not have your own car, the resort has basically as only option to go to the Ayutthaya Historical Park one old tuktuk, whose driver charges 1000 baht.

Was very difficult to find. Easy to miss sign on the road, needs to be much bigger. But enjoyable 1 night stay. Highly recommend.

Hard to find, room we had was a bit cluttered and small but ok for one night.

The staff were very helpful. The property is very nice and peaceful. The room was large and had everything I needed.

There can be mosquitoes, but the staff can give you an electric fan to keep the mosquitoes from bothering you.

The quiet, lovely garden, the mulberry arcades and delicious mulberry jam. The huge Thai-style rooms are very comfortable. Really nice view over Chaopraya River. The staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were very clean.

The restaurant is overpriced and the dishes were a bit of a hit-and-miss. The service was lacking too. The reataurant staff really tried their best, but they all felt like trainees on their first day with no supervision or directions.

The ambience, we felt warm welcomed by the staff. The breakfast was locally made.

The room is abit run down but still clean.

The view on the river was great. The staff were friendly particularly the tall male manager who tried hard to make all comfortable. The cook was very good.

We did not realize how far it is from anywhere but that is our fault. It was 20 minutes/500 b to town. The manager tried hard but there seemed some problems. The Thai breakfast was very plain. Just a pot of rice soup with a few pieces of pork and a plate of fruit. We were given glasses but nothing to drink from them. As the room was over 2000 b per night it did not seem very generous. The filter for the pool was turned off during the day. Considering the local birds all drank from the pool and there is a bird flu epidemic at present, this was very unhygienic and dirty. I was told it was on a timer and that the owner liked swimming. I guess it turned on for her daily swim time.The room only had a tiny, very hard to access wardrobe. The manager gave us an extra chair to put our clothes on but we still had to leave our clothes in bags on the floor. I noticed another review about it being a health resort so no alcohol in the minibar. They sold 1 variety of beer at the restaurant but there was no choice if you wanted something else. However, if it is a health resort why is the only choice of coffee in the rooms 3 in 1 sachets full of sugar? Surely pushing people to eat sweetened coffee is not healthy?. There was a,jar of cheap instant coffee at breakfast but luckily I brought my own non sweet coffee. I hate complaining so much but it was over 2000 b per night which is not cheap for Thailand so I did expect a little more.

What a beautiful, relaxing place! The Thai decor is stunning, rooms have everything you need, even had a beautiful outdoor shower. And the grounds set on the river were gorgeous. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The floating restaurant was awesome.

Can't say a bad word about this place.

Resort & room: nice traditional and modern mixture; a bit outdated but maintained in a good condition; spacious room with balcony & beautiful view of lotus pond and river; cute and cozy floating riverside restaurant.Lotus pond and garden: charming, lovely, very well maintained with good care.Swimming pool: good size, pleasant water temperature, very clean.Breakfast offers Thai vegetarian and American style. If you choose the Thai one, you can even harvest the vegetables freshly from their little farm and directly cook as one of the dishes.Staff: always smile and helpful; the front desk manager arranged everything in a detailed and efficient manner; he arranged our breakfasts in a garden and in riverside to enjoy different pretty ambience.

Bed: the quality is good but they just put two single mattresses as a double bed that made us not so comfortable.

Restaurant close early but not a deal breaker

Delicious food. Good river view. Nice and friendly staffs. The property is next to Chao Praya river. There were mosquito repellent provided at the restaurant.

Mosquitos every where in the evening. The bathtub can fit only 1 person at a time.

Beautiful location on the riverbank. Good restaurant and good breakfast served in the lovely garden. Very nice rooms, very comfortable. Very nice staff!

Staff were very helpful, friendly and warm welcoming. The peaceful and beautiful scenery.

There was no bath tub and the room was a bit antiquely outdated. But it was clean and functioned.

We were with car so we didn't look for any central location, just for quiet place to relax. The outside area is really beautifull and we enjoed the pool, that was clean and with plesant temperature of water. It is very photogenic place.Also we were upgraded to better room with a lot of space.

The light in the shower and the toilet were not enough, so it was a bit dark to take a shower.The position of the bed was really weird- it didn't touch the wall, so the pillow was folling in the gap between bed and the wall

Very typical Thaï, nice garden, pond with lelies and terraces, beautiful swimming pool and very cosy bedroom

The property was very peaceful. The food was delicious, and the swimming pool was a nice touch the staff were super friendly.
