Location is not that bad.

It's very dirty. We left it after saw the room condition. It is quite old and very dirty especially the bathroom.

Really friendly staff and a good price for a private room (similar or cheaper than the hostels in the center). Motorcycle rental possible for 200 b.

I was charged double at the counter while checking in even though I had a confirm booking here. the manager asked me if I want to choose another hotel I can. she said it is an error on booking.com website. I mean is it a scam?with the amount that they have charged me I would have booked 100 times better hotel.completely unacceptable!!!!!!I mean I dont believe it. It's not a hotel it's a scam, they attract you by showing low prices on booking apps and charge you double when you are there in between a situation where you can't afford to go for another hotel as this place is in outer where its not easy to find another place.Seems like they haven't cleaned the room since years...DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!

No breakfast, but that's fine. The location can't be helped but getting any form of transportation out of there, even mid-morning, is impossible. The hotel should have a shuttle service to at least the bus and train stations.

I understand that this place is being neglected by the owners, but having seemingly no staff to man the front desk (both times I've stayed we've been served by "friends of the owner"), a price far higher than advertised online (this should be fixed ASAP for the business's own good as most people would not be as tolerant of this oversight) and, most of all, to somehow list my friend as I as no-shows, then demand even more money, is unacceptable.

The receptionist lady was really nice and sweet, she would invite us coffe, water, crackers and bread. She was always helpful

A bit far from the center of the city, but it can be solved by renting a scooter in the hotel. Then you can get to the temples in 15 minutes or less

Worst experience ever

We arrived and instead of 357baht we had to pay 500baht, while they accepted the booking on booking.com! 15min of discussion later and explaining that we had no cancellation option, they agreed on not charging our card and us leaving. Eventually via booking.com I got a 'no-show' update which means card would be charged. After a lot of discussion they finally cancelled it. WHAT A MESS!

Room size good and swimming pool good.

1. It isnt clean, anywhere!!2. Quite a way from temples and riverside3. Very noisy at night.4. Lots of transient types there.5. Beds were truly awful.6. View from balcony was of rubbish and swamp

Very friendly staff, amazing swimming pool, there’s a possibility to buy soft drinks and beer at reception. Price was great.

You need a car or other means of transport.The foreigner acting as a security guard at night that quickly pulled up his trousers when we came back at 1am. Freaky, hopefully the kids didn't see it
