The Cavalli Casa Resort

Tried to check in at 11 but they told us the room wasn’t ready. Thats okay and can happen but a normal welcoming hotel would allow you to check in early by availability. At 13:45 the room still wasn’t ready so we left and also left our suitcases with them. When we came back at 9pm we saw our suitcases at the same spot in the lobby. Nobody took the effort to bring them to our room. Even more worse, they still had to check if our room was ready…. Like how?Breakfast was really not worth it to, tasteless and barely any choice.The room was dirty and even had a dead lizard in the bathroom. I can continue writing about my experience but sadly I cant find anything positive.As a frequent traveler I will definitely not come back here anymore.

The building we stayed in, building A with hotel reception was old, dated and a bit shabby.

The bath & shower was very poorly designed as water from the shower leaked all over the floor, not into shower train like it should. This caused a severe slipping hazard as one exited the tub. Not safe!!!! Also huge step down from the bath tub which wasn’t safe.

The location and scenery are good.

We booked 2 rooms. One of our rooms stunk the moment we walked in. The scent was even worse when we entered the bathroom. When we went out for hours and came back, the stinky smell didn't go away. The air con had loud sound when its fan is i anywhere over low speed. The bathtub with shower combined was installed in a way that's too high that we needed to climb up and down very carefully, especially when our feet were wet afterward. Please note that you will need to be careful for elders. The beds are comfortable though. The breakfast was not impressive. Spaghetti with white sauce is the thing that saved me. Other than that, it's just edible. Didn't enjoy the activities at the place. There's a small Go Kart track and 2 EV chargers.

The grounds weren’t very aesthetically appealing even though they had tried, they looked tired and needed some maintenance. The location was not really convenient to town but I had a car so that helped.

Best place to stay in Ayutthaya peaceful place with good food

Front desk staff was very rude and not polite. We were traveling with another couple and they refused to put us in the same building near each other. There are 3 large building far apart. Also they put us in a building quite a far walk from the building with pool/fitness/restaurant. The place was almost empty being a Sunday night booking. After 15 minutes of bickering they finally offered us to move for a fee of $200Baht. Could have saved everyone a lot of trouble if just offering that up front. Also no hot water in the 2 rooms we booked. Travelers beware.

It was a pleasant experience and relaxed stay for only 1 night. The reception staff is friendly and kind. Enjoyed that the venue has a restaurant on the property and a spacious gym. The pool is beautiful.

Wifi not smooth, old building and style, more for work or conferences than holidays

Staff were very friendly,even the security guy,asked how I was when I felt unwell.Food at the hotel was very good.the pool & gym also very good.

The hotel was a little outside from town but the reception staff could arange a tuk tuk to pick us up.Could get a little busy when a conference was on.

Disappointing, airco noisy and non-adjustable. Breakfast, coffee lower quality.

Dont be fooled by the photos, there are only a few rooms that are on that pool terrace. I selected room with Jacuzzi Option, thought it would be one of those, but we were in a completely different building.

Nice hotel. Good facilities. The shortcoming is that Lobby is too far away from the Building where we live, and there are problems in the design of the moving line, which will increase the labor cost and waste the guests' time.

The pool is amazing. And I Like the bed also.

I paid a lot of money for a basic room 3000 baht a night £70 on booking .com I could have saved a lot by shopping around. had to stay here as using the meeting room for work as a couple

- Bad smell of mildew in the room- Staff really not so ready to satisfy the customer needs- Noisy location (near the railway)
