My room has fantastic river view.That is all I need.I leave the balcony wide open all night for the fresh river air and low sound of the barges going up and down the river all night.

Nice location, walking distance from train station and right on the river.

Small balcony, no chairs or table. Would have been nice to have seating on the balcony to make use of it.

Location is excellent just across the train station and with 7-11 right next door :) Water pressure is very strong and heat fast!! Room has nice view to overlook the river and the bridge.

The room is quite old so it makes it seem less clean.

The front desk staff at this hotel were very helpful. I very much recommended the executive suite room number 711. This room has a wonderful view of the river and the temple next-door. The room and furnishings is clearly a bit on the older side, but the view from the room makes up for it in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.

Very old. Unlike in pictures. The bathroom is full of mold. There is no reception on standby eventhough there is a phone in the room to call for.

I loved the staff. They were so kind, friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was very convenient and right on the river. The room was very comfortable.

There wasn’t any hot water. While it was quite hot outside and a cold shower can be refreshing, I do enjoy hot water when I shower.

i like the riverview and room. it is next to tewa cafe where i can go for coffee. 7-11 is next to hotel and many street food near by

The location is awesome, near to train station. You can easily travel to touristic places (not walking distance).

Place is quite old, bathroom is stained not that clean. No restaurant in the hotel.

Wanted nearly a full day's charge to check in a couple of hours early.Had to be moved because there was water dripping from ceiling onto the bed (not near an ac vent).When we first came in, staff completely ignored us.Seems a bit dated.

Dissapointing

No restaurant, no breakfast.Shabby, possibly under renovation.Building work going on outside.

Bed was pretty comfortable, location was really nice next to 7-11 and train station.

Toilet is not clear enough as I expected. I don't why if it's because during Covid-19 , hotel might be in tough time to manage business. I saw mold was around bathtub.

Room was dirty and smelled of stall smoke. It took several requests to get them to switch rooms. This hotel is very dated, needs a serious cleaning and upgrade.
