Citra Cikopo Hotel

Its ambiance and location

It’s old property and bathroom not clean, towels are old and torn. Stinky

The staff were polite.

The room was not clean enough and the bed sheets were not clean also. The breakfast is kind of good but if you prefer middle eastern type of dish do not book it.

The view and place

The cleanliness, dust in window and tvAnt and small lizard fall down to our bed ?‍♀️

Nice place to relax in, however rooms need more renovation and more care

The restaurant was below average in terms of food varieties

Peacefull garden and lodges. However, ours was too close from the street and noise from traffic could be heard during the night.

Great view, spacious rooms.

Wifi signal very weak in cabins

Simplicity, Quiet Environment…Beautiful Settings…Food spread is fine…Great and polite staff - This is a major highlight.

Wi-fi is satisfactory, Phone was down, Quiet a tiny toilet. The worst is the spa, ripped off for the poor sleazy rooms, broken shower, will require major renovation and learn proper spa services… Just being truthful…

The surrounding area is really nice and the staff are so friendly.

The cottage needs a little update.

Location inside forestFast check in and out

Noisy in the morningBathroom not clean

External design looks nice and internal design need to be improve.

Location and it look very old need maintenance as well to be improved as well service.

Beautiful landscape, garden well maintained & manicuredBreakfast as average, nothing much choices.Staff are welcome, helpful & friendly

Old property, need major improvement, renovations & refurbishment inside the chalet.Bathroom is a nightmare! Full of Mosquitoes My kids found a lizard The sink, kitchenette need extra attention We could not sleep at 1st night, coz of noise from other side of the road.We were there for 3 nights At last, we moved to another chalet

unique property, the area inside and outside propery nice n cleaned, the view beautiful, good location, the breakfast soooo gooodd. The customer services front and property area excellent and they are really friendly.

old property, so many ants in the wastafel area, the refrigerator door broken, for family cottege there is no double bed.

Staff were really very helpful and friendly, supper, though language was a bet of struggle. The green area and land scape of the hotel was great.

Rooms are small, and at night it gets very noisy, can't sleep due to motor bike noise all day long.Kitchen very poorly equipped, AC only in hall, the 3 rooms have no AC. Being a cottage in grean area, we found ants in our room all day.

The resort is well-maintained. The staff were so nice.

The room has no sink. There were a lot of insects in the cottage.

The overall place is ok, good gardening and public areas are clean. View of the surrounding mountains is fantastic.

Poor services provision mainly because staff inability to understand the client's messages, cottage is full with insects which can be easily treated, iner stairs make sounds when used, cottage walls have spaces with cold wind going through, restaurant food and opening time is not reasonable, location of the hotel is weird with narrow passage, the value of money paid is found not worthy, internet is not working.

Staff were really helpful friendly

Location just beside the main road and the cottage made of wood very noisy u can not sleep

Breakfast was ok but the Resort & suroundings are awesome, wish i could stay there longer :)

to my surprise, the studio doeant have a cupboard to hang your clothes

The surrounding environment was pleasant.

The cottages are old and uncomfortable. Cleanliness is barely passable.

Housing full of bats.

Very Old" The food was not good."

The cottages are gorgeous. The place is surrounded by fantastic view and its super cold in the night. Rooms equipped with aircon as it can get quite hot in the day

The toilet floor need scrubbing the cottage floor need mopping
