Very noisy, uncomfortable beds, tatty room furniture, mediocre food in restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful and its location is very niceThe staff is very cooperativeThe breakfast is beautiful and the breakfast place is very wonderfulI recommend it for those on a limited budget

I think the hotel needs some maintenance and renovation, especially the lighting and beds

Location.Easy to find, and close to all ammenities.

Noisy.The rooms assigned to us were right next to the busy street.

Nosey during night, from street traffic I can say it's difficult to sleep

All Staff members are helpful

the location is very strategic and the staff is very polite and nice.

Need to repair many things of the furniture, lamp also need to repair in the bathroom. the flush button in the room 1207 is very hard to press.

Only Staffel was friendly.

Hotel was dirty, old and brocken furniture.I got dirty Towers and bed sheets. I will not recommand this hotel

location and swimming pool

I am in a daze..This hotel is never up to the star level. The level of the rooms, the service provided, the materials used, as well as the towels, sheets and pillowcases are very old and the goths are small in size and the hot water in the bathroom does not come out until after a lot of water is wasted more than 7 minutes until the hot water starts to come out With very low pressure, need to investigate and search well in the deluxe rooms with pool view on the first floor without notifying them

Staff: not profesional, they didn't advise the settlement of payment when checked in that it's not settled yet by booking.com (should be paid by myself during the visit) I supposed to pay the hotel for my family (4 rooms). I left hotel very early and checked out was by my family. Then the staff asked my family to pay. What if they didn't have money?? Noisy..it's very unfortunate the hotel gave me room close to the road.I actually planned to change my room but my husband already slept. But for sure it's not a recommended hotel!

the location and size of the room

staff friendliness could have been better. the public hotel facilities were also limited. noise almost all night because of wedding party. You even have to pay for billiard table, which is supposed for hotel guests.

The property is fast to find because it’s in main road near President palace.The hotel is pretty large and have many facilities to do in hotel such as gym, swimming pool, playground, archery (but it’s not available when I was there)

The staff is really hard to call , all the manager taking off and the staff that stay in the hotel can’t do anything we askedSo next time better to have one manager to stand by even more in public holiday seasons The toilet and room looks so old and not cleanThe swimming pool also looks not cleanThey need to do big renovation to renovate the old building The food has a few options but somehow one of food taste like expired (ie, tempe and milk)We wanted to eat together because we’re big family with kids (4 adult and 3 child) but somehow one of hotel guest didn’t allow us to do that and the hotel is not explain to that hotelguest anything.

Room could use a bit of upgrade with the bathroom. Breakfast is simple but would have expected more in terms of quantity and quality for such price. Wifi internet is good and stable enough for working. This all would have been excellent for a lower room rate.

A lot of facilities in the hotel (swimming pool, kids playground, pool table).

Location is good, the room is quite spacious, worth the price

The vitrage is broken, air conditioning didnt work well (there's water leakage from AC), and there's clogged drain in the bathroom.
