The location is great and the view is stunning! The garden is also very beautiful. The bed was great. The staff is very friendly and assisting, they even gave a free ride to the coloured lake. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay.

The state of the accomodation could be better. Everything is quite old and there were some big cracks in the door so insects were able to enter easily. It really needs some better maintenance. Especially for the price that is asked.

Diversification in breakfast I suggest that there be a breakfast that suits everyone

- The important think that made my mother happy- Made my wife and my kids happy too- We are eating and talking together in front of a warm fireplace on a cold night- We really enjoyed breakfast together with a variety of delicious food in the morning- My kids can ride the horse in the morning

The food is good, the location is in the highest point at Puncak, very cold, there's often fog in front of your villa, Restaurant is classic and nice with variations of menu.

The Villa is old, kitchen and utensils in the kitchen is dirty. U can smell cigarette aroma in the villa.

Often stay in this iconic hotel at Puncak Pass since i was a kid. The strategic location, The steak, the riding horse, big garden, the view never change a thing. And the never ending hot water in the bathroom also!!?

Should make a warm / hot water pool so it cud give our children choices in what to do while staying MosquitosNo band playing at the resto
