Very busy elevator maybe take 20 minutes going to rooftop to get breakfast I get Executive suite should it have breakfast with it but i having to buy more

Location near Raja outlet and chocolate factory 4 minutes by car

Dirty, not clean.There is no outdoor playground for kids There is no proper furniture in the room, such as no table

The insulation in the hotel is weak. You always hear sounds that wake you up from sleep. Also, the bathroom needs a safety review due to the different heights of the tiles. In addition to that, the smart communication system sometimes becomes stupid ☹️ but to be honest, the staff’s behavior was nice.

We love everything in this place! Nice grand breakfast with magnificent view (you have to come early to get the best seat). Great pool for kids and plenty of space for families to sit on the grass. We’d love to come back!

Spacious, Clean, Amazing View, delicious restaurant!!!

the location was excellent for those who like cold weather in mountain terrain the hotel captures the scenes perfectly from the moment you enter the hotel.the buffet had good options, but a bit small in number compared to most hotels in indonesia.

the hotel expects its customers to make plenty of compromises in its attempt to be minimalist.the tissue box had very little amount of half tissues.the sound insolation was awfull. made worse by the constant 8 am to 8 pm construction being done by the hotel.you can literally hear everyone walking passed your room.it felt like i rented a motel room.the room was also small compared to what i expected from the pictures.

The view, the facilities is wonderful!

The breakfast time is so full and we got moved to another floor with less than 25 seat

Food and Restaurant are amazing. The gardens are well-groomed.

Staff needs more training for hospitality. We asked for an extra bed and we already agreed on an extra charge but it was not processed which confused the housekeeping. There were renovations at the hotel which was noisy in the hotel all day long and extended to midnight.

Availability of the elevator, clean , easy to reach outside, breakfast excellent variety the place is amazing with dreaming sight . I recommend it.

The location is very good in the main road, facilities are good, the place are clean, staff are friendly and so helpful . The duty manager was really amazing, he helped us to change the room and gave us welcome fruits and snacks in our room

I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping staff, i stayed for 2 nights in family executive suite room or something like that, i paid for 3-4milion++ per night but the HK staff didnt clean my room properly, so i had to call the receptionist to get my room done twice. Also maybe the staff can take care of their hygiene, especially body odor

The wall is thin, but it didn't bother us too much.

I like everything, place, clean, food, stuff, gym, swimming pool.

The room design is too standard for a 5 stars, and the room wall is too thin we can hear people walk on the alley of our room.

Superb view of the mountains from the room, pool and resto. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was good, except for the loud noise due to construction work. But they stopped it every time we complained. After few hours it started again :-(
