The location, yummey breakfast and great family entertainment. Recommended !

Facilities inside this hotel is just exceptional, some of them you need to pay extra to enjoy it however the free facilities are just good enough to entertain the whole family while staying there.

The food could be better and if you come here driving car, the parking space is not enough sometimes so be prepared to walk and bring umbrella if it is the rainy season.

The air conditioner at my room was broke, cannot optimize the temp of room

Everything must pay and quite expensive. Guest should be get a special price, i.e. bird food so pricey with very small package.Bfast so standard and just decent taste, not worth it with the room rate.

The taste for breakfast is so so, most likely the food is plain. The room is spacious, and with connecting door.

The wara wiri cars should be free for the customers who stayed at the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was terrible. It did not worth the price.

Everything. Room was old, dirty, not propeely maintained, and a lot ofbugs, mosquitos and cockcroches. Trasportation within the property was chargeable. Staff were slow and not responsive. Food were terrible.

Facility so nice. Little zoo inside the resort, some outdoors activity as well.

1. The room smell bad ( maybe not happen for all room, just bad luck ?). 2. Less variety/less choice for in-room dining.

I stay in Girrafe grand deluxe. The room was clean and spacious, service is good, food is tasty and kids love the attraction and their animals.

They need to pay more attention on cleanliness at the Savannah restaurant. The chair, plate, spoon and fork is not clean. Room is ok, but alarm from one of the room that keep ringing from dawn till morning really made me cannot sleep.

I stayed a night with my child and she really loved to be here, watching animal show, animal riding, animal feeding, and a lot of outdoor activities. The breakfast was so so, the buffet dinner in the main restaurant was so so (same as breakfast menu)

The leopard hotel interior was so old and too simple for the price we paid we think we could get better, may be the hotel could improve in the future

Hospitality, all staff were attentive, room was clean and comfy. And I got a room upgrade for free, I booked for leopard but when I checked in the staff gave me a free upgrade to Giraffe with bigger room for free, Thanks!

The taste of the breakfast food were so-so, could use some improvements.

The breakfast buffet is going down in value compared my previous visit. I like many activities.

Leopard room is old. It need new or renovation.

I almost didn't like anything there

The facilities are somewhat old, the room is small, unclean, and inappropriate for a tourist expecting better than there was

Property is nice, with animal rides nd loads of activities. Staff are super friendly. Food is good.

Panda suite where i was staying was not that good, it had spider webs in the balcony. Room was big enough but was not at all cozy. Air-conditioning switched off everynight for about few hours nd the entire room just didnt feel comfortable. Breakfast was not kids friendly, no waffles.

No arabic food nor consideration for better continental menu. Not that clean room.

The big greenery areas, big fish ponds with small river, kids really love to play around

The bedroom and bathroom needs refurbishment, the sink didn’t dry, the phone did’t work, the room kinda like 3-star hotel
