Nana River Kaeng Krachan

It was quiet. The WiFi worked. The shower worked.

The whole place was run down. The pool was very dirty.

The rooms were old . The toilet was smelled. What you saw in its photos were not the same as you saw and experienced.

It located along the river which is only thing I liked.

We arrived at 8Pm, latest check in time. There was no one at the reception. We ended up staying in another Hotel after searching staff for 20 minutes. They did not answer any questions via booking afterwards

Good bed & shower.

Both nights, despite me having informed them of my arrival time, there was nobody on-site to let me in my room. The second night my room was given to someone else. Where I only wanted my room key to go to bed immediately, both times it took me prolonged honking my horn and talking for 20 mins until I was finally given my room key.Also, A/C could only be turned off by removing key card - meaning charging of cameras no longer possible.

Good location.

No service, rundown place, no food service. The place seems closed but accepts reservations. I think it might have been good before COVID.

We booked the one-bedroom suite at a really good price. Wonderful suite located almost over the river. Spacious and airy and loved the duplex. Comfortable bed.

This property is in a great location, but this suite needs some attention. General cleaning and maintenance not so good and windows filthy which spoiled an otherwise fantastic view of the river. No table and chairs as shown in pictures.

Lovely nice secluded area just what we wanted as a drop off. We arrived In the night, and woke up to beautiful views of the river from our room

The room can accommodate 6 people but has only one bathroom. For a large family would be suitable, but here goes for 3 people. There is a swimming pool and slides that running down the river, but not sure of safety.

Stayed room Bigger than the reserved and scenery Not as beautiful as in the picture. Sliders are unsure of safety. And no breakfast and it is not for sale.

Don't expect anything

We stayed at this hotel only because we had a bicycle race around the area the next day. The hotel itself is basic, nothing stands out, room are bare with a sad looking bathroom. Pool was empty and we were not told before arrival. The hotel offered to go to a next door facility to use their pool instead. The staff is there and they're trying their best to be arranging though English is scarce, which is fine as Kaeng Krachan is quite a remote and rural place. There was no breakfast. Price were very high for this occasion and I ended up paying over 70$ a family suite which would have been more acceptable if priced less than 15$. For information, what is called a family suite in my case was a regular double bed with a bunk bed in the corner. Some friends managed to find a standard room for half the price and had 2 double beds and is about the same size.
