Good complimentary breakfast. Reasonably priced quality food and food combos. Great ambience. Overall excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Just the location.

Hotel has upstairs bar where the music was too louf which started around 11am only. Had to call reception to cut down the volume plus they have such a big menu but hardly any dishes were available and the excuse was "chef is not here today". Ordered sweet dish which they have 14 in their menu but only 3 available.

It was a good property with all basic amenities already provided.

We left some of our stuff there, not able to get hold of hotel staff to get details on that

Room, cleanliness

I booked a room for couple and kids for Rs.2400/- which was shown at booking.com. but at my surprise, when I reached at the property for check-in the receptionist told me that the room was booked for single person.. that was too misleading information by booking.com and by the hotel authority too. They charged me extra for two persons. Giving misleading information not acceptable. I recommend please stay away for this property or be ready to pay unnecessary sums for meagre things..

Food

The only suggestion is that management should look into the washing of bed sheet and pillow covers.A lot of spots were on these sheets and covers which were reported to the FO but had no answers for this.Rest was very good...

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast, room size/cleanliness. Location for us was little away from town but not a big issue with Uber being available.

Manoj the Bell Boy and Ravi Kumar the Doorman are a real asset to the Hotel. The cleanliness, services and facilities were fantastic. I will always choose to stay here when in the area. Many thanks

One of my worst hotel experiences . Flush not working / No handwash soap / used towels kept / unimaginable noise all night etc etc

The staff at the reception was not giving us the room we booked instead she try to give us small room then the attitude was not at all friendly

Rooms

The food was expensive but delicious....I appreciate the chef for his perfection in cooking.

Our toilet flush was not working since 6 am, till we checked out the problem was not resolved, finally had to use another room to use the toilet and bathroom.Totally 3 guys attended the flush, all the time they made a fool that it was working, but it was not operational.
