The room sizes could be better, room cleaning could be more often

Friendly staff, good value, quiet room

Traffic congestion and noise on nearby roads, but not unusual for India!

The room was well lit and ventilated clean, and had the amenities we needed.The location is nearby to the market and PGI. We wish to thank staff especially Rudra. He has got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. The people in the reception were very helpful. Even in the rains, where Roads are fully waterlogged they promptly stepped out of their comfort zone and helped us with arranging commutation.

Location was apt as I was a Solo traveller and was worried to stay for the first time in Mohali. I was amazed by how friendly the staff was and that it was a vegetarian family hotel added on the pleasant and safe stay I had. I will definitely check-in for emergencies or unplanned visits like the last time. Came directly from Chandigarh bus stop after my travel to Amritsar

It's a new hotel with very clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent reception and the hotel is also in a decent location.

ROOM SIZE IS OK. REQUESTED ON BOOKING . COM FOR EARLY CHECKIN AND ACCEPTED BUT DENIED AT RECEPTION AND I PAID RS. 500/- EXTRA FOR THAT.

REQUESTED MANY TIME TO CHANGE THE STAINED BED COVER AND QUILT BUT IGNORED. BED COVER AND QUILT COVER BOTH HAS BLOOD STRAIN MARKS.

The room was to a high standard and was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly.

This is great value for the money. The room was very large, with an attached little office. And the staff were super-helpful and nice.

The location was fine and the washrooms and the room was clean

The bedsheets washed but were highly stained with blood stains. The room had ants in corners. Expected better given the reviews

Good Hospitality and helpful staff. Very safe and pleasent stay at Chandigarh PGIMER is near to this property and AutoRikshaw is easily available for transit.

Entrance of the street is not good because some vacant land and meat shop is there.

Clean Room , courteous staff, exceptional service ,Value for money. The stay was comfortable although the duration was for only 12 hours. Checked in late night and checked out in the morning.

The road on which this hotel is located is jam-packed with traffic in the morning hours. Otherwise all other aspects was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nothing apart of location because it was near PGIA hospital

I travelled for work purpose but wifi was not working at all and staff showed no support

Room was clean and beautiful. Its a new property therefore was clean. Location is good too.

Lift is not ready.They gave us room on second floor which was quite difficult to go without lift. Food is average..Very limited option in breakfast as well as service is quite slow. Food we ordered was not up to the mark. All waste Chicken pieces they provided us in dinner. Also we ordered fruit cake but they end up providing another cake in the same price.

The linens, the towels and bedsheets were not clean at all.

The staff was really cooperative and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It's good value for money and near to all the great eating spots.

Location is a bit interior but it's still a great place.

The property is very nice very well built and nicely decorated that is what always expected from any tourist.

The staff has to learn a lot the food served was really tasty but served in wrong bowls.. i mean it is a hotel and not a boys hostel..
