Seri Rembau Hotel

Strategic location

Aircond not cool, hear noise inside the room especially at 2-3am

The staff is very friendly! And very good customer service. We always come back here every year during raya holiday

very strategic location

the sheets and the bed wasn't smells good.

Lot of choices since lot of restaurant

parking sometimes hard to find near to the hotel especially at night

Nice room, clean and have a lot of shop to shop and eat

Staf should be more friendly and smile

It's very near to food stalls, restaurants, and laundry. The hotel is tolerably clean and pleasant including the toilet, bed, and room area. The ac and tv function well. The hotel staff are friendly. I guess the parking lot is much easier to get when it's not in peak hours coz not many people are buying at the shops nearby.

The hotel could have provided a lift as it's difficult to go to the hotel room from the lobby for elders.

Clean and comfortable

Must check in exactly @ 2pm.

Toilet - hot water

This is maybe my 8th time. The hotel is basic, comfortable, all fixtures working and most obviously clean. However, the shower heater depends on solar power. This time, the weather did not permit any heating for the shower and we ended up showering in cold water.

Showering in cold water

Near with restaurant, easy to find a food. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Best2

Location is very convenient. Near food trucks, shopping and restaurants.

Room was mouldy and traces of previous leaking on the walls. The air smelt like mould

Facilities nearby the hotel.

Have to share iron board with others, towel and bedsheet look too old. Need to replace.

Location is strategic..lots of restaurants and stalls just walking and you can get it

Stairs Window not tinted

Comfortable room, clean and adequate for my shirt stay. Near restaurants, convinient store, superstore, and rows of foodstalls in front of the hotel. Parking is easily available.

There was a chair in one room i stayed (second visit), but the chair is not available in another room i stayed (first visit). the rooms were identical and nxt to each other. The pillows were not too comfortable, but the red cushions are a plus.

good very clean good service

friendly staff

Location. Near to shops and restaurants.

Stairs. Inconvenient for old lady to take stairs.

Parking, easy to access to shops & food, cleanliness & budget.

So far no comment, since everything nice and according to budget.

cheap and worth it.. comfortable..

already check under the bed... it too dirty..

Tinted glas window

Room infront of road less privacy because not tinted. Public able to see from outside. So I was not unable to enjoy scenery.

Property was okayy. Value for the money.

i request for early check in cause i need to get ready for my solemnization day on that day. and i call the hotel for the confimation if they can do it. but the staff (man) was answering my question so rude. they'll charge you a few amount per hour if you wanna early check in.
