Great hotel room was spacious and food is tasty special thaks to reception staff who is very helpful.

The location of the property is good.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza Chandigarh Zirakpur, & it was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel seems to be run entirely by untrained interns, leading to a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality standards.1. Check-in & Staff ConductThe experience started on a bad note at the entrance, where the valet & hotel staff were openly arguing about staffing shortages in front of guests. The front desk staff lacked basic communication skills; the woman checking us in could not speak a single sentence of English and had to rely on my knowledge of Hindi to complete a "professional" check-in.Furthermore, the bellboys (who appeared to be untrained interns) walked straight into our room & stood there gazing around awkwardly after dropping the luggage, which felt intrusive and unprofessional.2. Room Quality & HygieneThe floors were streaky & clearly mopped with dirty water, & we found hair both near & under the bed. For a hotel of this stature, the lack of basic housekeeping hygiene is pathetic.3. Dining & Room Servicea. Manchow Soup: Served cold and uncovered (no foil/lid). When I tried to give feedback during my next call, the staff member completely ignored me and simply asked, "Sir, is baar ka order kya hai aapka?" (What is your order this time?).b. Tea: We paid Rs. 550 for two cups of tea that were oily and undrinkable. It looked like the residue from old milk skin; we had to drain it away as the staff clearly didn't care about feedback.c. Language Barrier: Similar to the front desk, the dining staff could not communicate in English at all.4. Breakfast ServiceWhile the staff was "nice," they were overbearing and poorly coordinated. We were disturbed five different times by different staff members while eating; they were clearly practicing their training on guests.5. Checkout Security:Total chaos at checkout.

Kitchen service is really poor, have to wait for an hour just to get a water and ice.

My booking was cancelled by hotel

Park plaza had given confirmation if my stay through booking.com but they called that booking.com had made wrong booking as their hotel is overbooked. So they are canceling by booking.

The hotel is off the main road. Be prepared for traffic and road side noise if road facing room until midnight.Room was spacious, clean and comfy. The electrics need a but of updating but i would stay again for sure.

BAD Experience

Hotel cancelled my booking stating they are overbooked & Booking .com is responsible for this . I had to book another hotel in the last minute & paid the double price. Very bad experience with Booking .com & with Hotel . Not sure who is responsible for this.

They have a wonderful coffee bar in reception area. Very nice coffee made from fresh ground coffee beans. And served with smile.

Excellent value for money. Praveen, jyoti, Anna, Renu provided fab service.

Special rate food (subsidised) for our driver over 2 nights would have been super.

In the last three months I have stayed in this hotel, not a single trip has gone hassle free. Sometimes it is cleanliness issue, sometime room not getting cleaned, issues with do not disturb switches. This stay was going on well till the time I arrived at check out counter, with only one customer in front of me, it took half an hour for check out. There was only one lady at counter, then they punched in incorrect gst number, I had asked for split payment which was not done. I had asked to speak to GM, but he was so entitled that he would not come directly, but send his front desk manager, when I denied speaking to him,then only GM came in, in all his mightyness, showing attitude that he does not care, he could have simply asked what was the issue to clerk at front desk, but only did so after I asked him, he wanted time to investigate. Leadership in this hotel is so messed up, would not recommend to stay here to anyone.

Nonfunctioning kettle . Notified the staff but issue was not resolved . No face or hand towels . Cleanliness could be better in rooms

Very clean and traffic free location. The staff starting from guard to Gm were very kind, helpful and friendly. They bring smile on ur face. Breakfast superb. Extremely wonderful service

I did booking for from 21 by mistake while checked in on 23rd , they charged full amount

The staffs were polite and cordial. Housekeeping staffs were patient and supportive.The front desk staffs were cordial.

Basic amenities were not provided. The bathrobes were XS size.They had no tissue box in the room.Manager was really rude at the front desk.The minimum respect was expected but the Manager had no courtesy sense.Mr. Manager should change his attitude.

Inspite of many calls they andwered just one calls and rest of the calls were non answerable. I thought maybe even upon reaching i would get something hut still the fromt office staff beahved rudely and denied the confirmation . I am also hereby sharing the confirmation voucher which i got from booking.com

Bad exercises with shit hotel

Was really worst experience with this hotel come all the way from Malaysia with family and we reach before 12am and then telling hotel is already cancelled and keep on lying that there have call and inform us and when we ask can proof us that really have Email,Text or call said day time stuff did when we ask contact day time stuff and telling stuff busy and we cannot show also really not recommended this shit hotel stuff was bad everything was bad

The venue of the hotel was great! We loved the place and the staffs were great.

We were recommended by our relative to stay at your hotel. We were alittle disappointed on the breakfast selection most of the items very too dry mainly the tea cakes, bread and the idli as well. Hope there can be some improvements on this. Thank you!

I liked the idea of replacing plastic water bottles with glass bottles, you can further think of replacing plastic toothe brushes with bamboo brushes avoiding use of plastic

Room allocated to is ( Room No 408) was of average , both chairs kept in the room were dirty. Glass door of bath room was not functioning properly. It needs immediate attention

Facility, food, service

Overcharged. Refused to give invoice. Asked for it multiple times. Said printer is not working. They asked for phone number. I gave them the number but they never sent the invoice. Not happy at all.
