Rooms had alot mould old hotel i think

The staff was very friendly n helpful.

The rooms were outdated, with mold growing around the sides of the bathroom. The shower was only rainfall and no other options.The beds were old and tired, with the blankets not being throughly cleaned.The hotel had an event on at night the music could be heard all through the building. Even at 10pm we could hear the music, people walking in the hallway banging doors,Then the neighbors decided to smoke on the balcony, and the smell filled our room.The air conditioning was not working, I couldn't cool the room down.Overall, it was a horrible experience. The photos were deceiving, and by the time we got to see the room, we had no choice but to stay.

AC was not working full night, I was sweating like pig and my bp dropped we went to hospital without informing hotel as it was emergency so we were not able to come for regular check out time. Wen we came back they verbally abused me and my partner and also they charged double money from us

Verbal abuse for going hospital in emergency as my bp was too low bcoz AC did not work full night. We called reception to repair AC at 3 am or change our room but nothing happened. At morning around 5 power cut happened

The place was excellent food was good staff was good

The Wi-Fi was a problem, don’t know why it is made so difficult to connect your devices. The service was not that good, we asked for a water which was not delivered till the next day. After calling 3 times.

We charged 25000 for two rooms including breakfast and dinner... it was not worth...

Location was fantastic but I think according to the the tariff there should be more variety in the breakfast

I didn’t liked the services staff was somewhat rude specially the front desk. Happy with the pool guy he was very nice and kind

Breakfast quality was average like a 5 star property . Location is good and close to nature . Staff is too regualr and not as per 4 r 5 star quality Rooms arent as clean , Room upholstry needs sprucing , bathrooms are pathetic . Services are ike an average 3 star hotel Management need t jump in if they eally feel they need to keep up with the contempariry business .

Everything has to be improved to bring it upto atleast a good 4 star hotel .

location is good if you are on staycation and want to stay away from city hustle the staff is excellent , specially want to say thanks to Mr Arjun Singh Ji

The location was relaxing-common areas and corridors were clean and large-room service staff was atleast listening and greeting

The checking process is ridiculous and the staff didn't let me checkin without scanning my visa statuses. No where the requirements for check-in was written to provide physical visa copy. -They even asked for my infants (9 months old boy) passport and eVisa.-Made me wait for 20 mins to checkin while my son was crying outside in taxi. Refused to accept my international driving licence as temporary proof which had my photo and overseas address.-The hotel sevices didn't match 4 star ratings at all. No fridge, no iron, no washing facilities-The staff is good but the facilities available in the property was no where to my expectations.-over priced menu. Sandwitch cost ~500 Rs-Not adequate lightning in room and the room look dull and dim in evening with full lights on-water leaking from the bathroom above the sink-very thin walls and can clearly hear noises from other rooms which was not expected from a 4 star

The Food was great, the staff was polite, rooms were spacious and clean. Overall good experience , a definite must for booking.

The location and food was good.

We were provided the pool side room (104, 105) on the first floor. However, in the middle of the night some labour was banging a hammer right in-front of the balcony attached with the room to set up a function decorations. The same was informed to the front desk. No action was taken.The same thing happened at 8 am.The manager apologised for the same at the breakfast. However, the same thing happened again at 10 am. No point of having a pool side room when you have to close down your curtains as some labour may peek into your room.The Hotel shouldn’t offer pool side rooms when they have a private function ( wedding ) being organised at the same place. At the time of check out rather than being sincerely apologetic they just wanted to pass it as an minor incident. Would not recommend to anyone.

Location i really like but not the rooms.

Even after paying Rs. 10,000 not getting enough comfort. Not at all value for money..

The location was nice, secluded and quiet - if you like that - we liked that part.The staff was promt and courteous. The breakfast spread was nice with a lot of variety.

The door handle broke.The TV was not functioning and after a lot of back and forth it got sorted.The khichdi that we ordered was basically dal and chawal mixed together. ?

The location was beautiful. I enjoyed the peacefulness.

The housekeeping was poor. The staff didn't clean the room after we left the room for a sight-seeing and a meeting. They should periodically clean the room.

Had a superb stay. Perfect for a quick family getaway from the city over the weekend. Location is right on the edge of a wildlife sanctuary and you can do a nice drive through there to Morni. Staff was very helpful, food was fantastic.

I booked double bed but they have jointed two single bed which were so uncomfortable. Mattress were not not even. It cause pain in my friends back.

Everything was excellent except the location because its really hard to find cab back to Chandigarh at this location and ride service provide was terrible. Staff for taxi service provided by hotel is rude as hell and have no idea how to talk to a customer.
