Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

Water was muddy Nd not even good for bathing. The stay was booked with breakfast but on arriving host told me that they don't have a kitchen and food is not available .I regret my decision of booking this place.Booking.com should not list such places.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Basic amenities are not there. Cleanliness issue. Water is also not provided. 20 Rs. Water Bottle is charged Rs. 32.

Staff were friendly

1. We had opted for complimentary breakfast, everyday only aloo paratha n tea was given. When we requested they said that's the only thing oyo gives.2. The bedsheets n blankets were not changed. It has the strains and even after asking them to change, only one day bedsheets were changed but not the blanket.3. The bed just goes down.Very disappointed.

Always delayed and quality needs to be improved.

For every small requirement you have to call for reception.At basic things should be managed before handing over key.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, room was good and clean. Worth stay here.
