Did not take my card, they didn’t have a Amex machine and staff was rude

This hotel gives a royal feel for guests, you could say the decor may seem a little dated but nothing a fresh paint wouldn’t fix. Staff are very friendly and helpful, room sizes are excellent.

On a very busy road, not really pedestrian friendly

The continental breakfast was the Best! The room was good, the staff were extremely polite. The interiors were all theme based on king's and queen's of the British era.

The corridors and the lobby at second floor(where we stayed) always smelled extremely bad! The carpets also added to that! There was no fresh air from anywhere on that floor to these areas. booking cab through Indriver app was like hell because of the location below the flyover. The driver's kept us waiting for longgggg time! The app itself is also a scam, always charging more and driver's taking advantage of that.

An amazing and cozy place with warm, welcoming staff. The owners live on the property, which adds a personal touch. We were traveling with our 2-year-old son, and the staff was very accommodating, especially when it came to preparing food that suited his needs.

Very well appointed throughout unlike many Indian hotels which have an impressive reception but poor behind the facade.All the staff were professional, polite and approachable. Excellent breakfast with good choices.It was well placed for the airport.

Curtains were not according to the room width, sunlight was interrupting our sleep, washroom was very small as compared to our last booked room, moreover we ordered dinner overall dinner was good, but the staff said we have to pay at the moment only, but earlier i paid at the time of checkout only and as i said to staff that i will pay at checkout only, he said that is not available.

Taran preet at restaurant was amazing for all the hospitality. We received each nd everything which we asked..Chef Manoj nd ravi also cooked amazing nd delicious food as we ordered..Mahesh at reception was very good .

Staff took too long to bring up water sheets, only one set of slippers was in the room.Had to wait a long time for staff to bring up the other pair.Did not send the number of sheets as requested Comforter was too heavy. No bedsheets were provided , only a comforter.
