the receptionist was polite.

The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty as hell and the bathroom, though clean had plenty of hair from previous occupant.

Price was affordable & room was clean & quite . Staff were very helpful & professional. Well maintained hotel .

The light and the view from outside looks supremely classy. But its not... too much of flies, food facility is pathetic, no restaurant to even order dinner. Service is pathetic, the amenities are pathetic. dont be fooled by the pictures displayed !! Charging way more than it deserve !!

This property is clearly not for family or any respected couple. We booked this hotel for 2 nights for 2 rooms. One night went fine. But the rooms have no windows and too cold during winter. We tried to switch on heater in aircon but it didn’t work. 2nd night there were many loud parties going on and since no windows, all the ciggarate smoke came inside our room from other rooms. It was so horrible stay and sheets were not clean at all. Pillows and bedsheets had stains and hair so clearly they weren’t washed and put new one. We asked for fresh ones but got after calling twice and they were also dirty hence didnt ask to change. They only tuck in nicely and keep the door open with fan on until new customers come so that even the bad odour goes. Please provide basic facilities like fresh bedsheets and kettle in room instead of ash trays in room. Even hot water tap was very slow post 11pm on winter night. There were hair in bathroom drain so clearly they didn’t clean bathroom either.Lift was turned off at night. So when we checked out early morning we had to take stairs with all the luggage and elders. Staff is lousy and sleeping when we asked them about lift. If you call them at 7-8am for tea/coffee nobody will pick and they put a board saying no outside food allowed.

Loved the hospitality and additional services such as helping us with cab bookings, bus tickets and more contacts, which serve as such a huge helping hand when travelling to new places. Our trip was full of things going wrong and amongst all that and late arrivals this place was the light at the end of the tunnel!! Definitely will drop in again!

The timings could have been a bit better and their willingness to let us use their premises to party and relax. But it's still understandable.

Nothing to like...

1. There is no parking space... unlike what is claimed on their page, they do not have any parking facilities of their own. I had to park my car on the highway all night. 2. The elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage up one floor 3. The reception staff was unresponsive, unsmiling, and not cooperative

Best hotel under 1500 price range. Clean room,clean washroom and hospitable staff.

Walls, furniture and bedding were clean.

Washroom needs to be renovated and maintained a bit.

Bedroom size was okay. Bed and beddings were comfortable. It was neat and clean.

Food was not that great. Facilities were not up to the mark. No electric kettle in the room. Room service was poor. Bathroom size was too small.

This place was a refreshing experience. The staff were patient, kind and cordial. They understood my requests and preferences. They took extra care to ensure that we were well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean. There was zero disappointment in terms of my stay here at Hotel Paras.The food was good and the staff understood special instructions and did not disappoint. A warm place to stay. The location is easily reachable and is well connected to public transport.
