The location, while convenient, was along the main Delhi - Chandigarh highway and was devoid of charm.

Breakfast could be better with more options and get a good pastry chef

Location for parking and hotel. Wheelchair ramp in hotel was not good.

Good ambience.Excellent Hotel staff at reception, back office, restaurant.Ms. Nidhi was in addition also helpful for our transportation to Manali. Good food.Enjoyed our stay.Looking forward to stay whilst we are back from Manali.

Nothing at all

Location is far from the city and cleanliness is substandard.My car has scratches on the door and side mirror got side swiped by valet parking staff and nobody cared to tell.

The room was good size

Rooms were not cleaned enough, stains to be found, AC seems to be way to slow, hot water issue while bathing.

rooms were too cold and no heating facility available, door handle of washroom was broken. we booked non smoking room but was given smoking room. Then we shifted to non smoking room and it was too cold for comfort in that room

I needed to get in early and the staff were great in facilitating this.I needed to leave my luggage on the check out date and the staff also accommodated this with a smile.It's a Best Western Hotel so you get a certain standard and that's good to know.Happily would use this hotel again.

Because air conditioning was not working properly for which I raise complaint at reception desk but they didn’t resolved it and kept on sweating whole night.!! I told them to change my room but they didn’t.!!

I thought this was close to the airport, but it isn’t particularly close. also it is along a busy highway which made access to it challenging. also, we requested for an extra bed - we had two rooms for 4 people, but wanted an extra bed in one of the rooms due to logistical reasons. the front office staff was not very helpful and after much argument agreed to it. I didn’t think the request was unreasonable. we also checked in past 8 pm and checked out at 4 am the next morning. so, making this accommodation should not have been very difficult.

Rooms are good and comfort. staff was supportive. they provide limited menu food till 4 AM so that is good part. breakfast was with limited item but overall taste was good.

Rooms required little bit more maintenance. lift is super slow and there is only a lift. so you need wait longer.
