Had to change 2 rooms...dirty linens...bed bug found crawling and cocroaches found in the room.

I paid twice for a single property, one from your booking.com and one offline at property. Please refund my money.

Paid twice for poor or bad room, rude staff, meal was included but meal didn't provide my them. I made a call to customer care of booking.com. but booking.com also didn't help me.

Just I can say receptionist was Okay rest there was nothing I can say I liked, Sorry!

- No staff for helping with your luggage - No Cleanliness - TV not working- AC working with loud noises- AC outlet for water is hanging near wash basin in toilet- Walls are filthy, even with fungus patches- Near mirror lipstick marks - Wall had dirty spots and markings from past guests or kids- Bedding not clean had dark patches, even had pores like ciggerate made it- Bed was too small and for a taller person you have to hang your feet dangling in the end.- Chairs were dirty can't even sit on them- Table was dirty - Napkins kept on table seems like in fungus- Glass dirty, tray as well- Curtains dirty - Bathroom was okay for emergency only, taps were so dirty that nobody cleaned it in past I guess, Geyser made noise, Shower head was filthy, walls were also dirty.- TV shelf was covered in dust - TV not working with wires kept like mess- Door bell was hanging like a bulb- No soundproof rooms- Too much noisy rooms- Staff was playing loud music in the morning like it's a club or something - Lack of windows, and what windows they had was with corridor with dirty stained curtains.My partner said she's seen a lot of bad hotels but this one tops the list on one of the most dirtiest hotel ever she has seen. Definitely not a hotel at all or would ever recommend this to anyone, Better spend a night in car than to waste your money on this hotel.Very disappointed :( ??

After booking they show room in basement and then for good rooms got extra money beside the booking amount otherwise provide bad room at basement

I liked nothing about this hotel. ??

The room was very un hygienic! There were bed bugs and when I asked them to change the room, they didn’t saying the hotel is packed when it wasn’t. We had to look for another room in the middle of the night and they didn’t even make the refund. The staffs were aggressive and rude and were even shouting and talking back. I would recommend anyone to visit or stay in this hotel! Disgusting behavior!

Room was good comfortable and clean enjoyed alott staff was polite and helpfull

Rooms smelling,bad sheets also not cleaned. Car parking free but over night two to three times hotel staff come to room for car keys

Suggestion only that for family stays it's not good place
