Everything was nice

I had to call for room cleaning service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The staff provided great service throughout my visit.Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch.The property felt safe and private.I would happily stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was good, the place was very clean, and the location felt safe and private. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

The water bottle price felt quite high compared to regular pricing and could be slightly more reasonable.

Only Location

It is very old hotel,not maintained properly.Shower of my room was broken and room was not cleaned .I had to ask then to chagne my room which they denied but I force them to change the room ,they alloted another room which was slightly better than last one.It is better to stay some other hotel than this one

The staff at the restaurant especially a woman serving water was rude to us. We had asked for warm water but the water was tasting funny and when we informed about it the lady was rude and then moved away from where we were sitting to another place

Breakfast was really good, and the price was included with booking. We had a 16 months old & needed bland items for her & those were well catered by the restaurant staff. Location was close by to many amenities such as clothing store chains, shoe store chains , theatre but only downside was there was no pedestrian on the road that lead to the hotel. Overall I enjoyed the stay very much along with seniors and children in the family. Getting out of the city was easy too as there was access to highway close to hotel.

Didn’t have breakfast this time

Rude front office staff, presenting food bills to be paid with staff being persistent despite requests to present at end of meals/meetings. Purposeful hold at check out making me late for another meeting at Hyatt citing room tariff not paid even as full payment was made in advance. Very dissatisfactory and lame attempt to clarify what went wrong.

Washroom near the dining area was stinking..the service was very very slow in the restaurant even after repeated requests..food taste could have been better..breakfast was good

Very Bad Experience with Front Staff, whole got sick from this hotel, And attitude from their staff was really disgusting

They broke out American Tourist suit case in the lift showed them the proof but they don't care, Will ignore you and will not give you pleasent look, they simply don't want to work

There was some sort of foul smell( possibly mouldy type).Non availability of central heating system in a 5star hotel in peak winter of North India was badly missed , however a room heater was provided on request which could never match the comfort of central heating.The shower water pressure was low , water was warm rather then hot.

The food was good

The credit card machines were down very inconvenient lights keep going out 4 times within 30 mins
