Bloody Brilliant! Big airy and spacious room in the perfect location!

The bed was way to firm for me, BUT when I mentioned it I was given a lovely mattress topper - perfect!

Location was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very large.

Air condition monitor was hidden so it was really hot in the room until the staff came out to show how to use it. One of the light had to be fixed after we got there.

The location was great. The bathroom was clean and very big.

The picture of the suite on the website is nothing like the dark room we received. There were no towels and I had to go down to the reception to ask for towels. It was very cheap so I can’t really complain

Location in central Andong was good.

I spent the whole time wondering if it was 1986…everything about the place was odd. The lack of lighting in the corridors and red flashing lights on the room - all felt a bit love hotel. Hand towels only. No breakfasts. PC in the room !

Good location near the market and central city. Very powerful heater.

Only one outlet by the desk nothing by the bed. No cover on the comforters so I’m not convinced they even wash them. They leave soap and toothpaste from previous guests for your reuse.

The best peculiarity of the hotel is the room itself, quite big for the price you pay. The staff cleans the room every day and I have to say it's difficult to find something better for the same price. Position was quite good, a lot of places where to eat nearby.

Rooms a bit dark

If your arriving by train or bus I strongly recommend you visit the Tourist Info Center as they can provide bus schedules & maps etc. Located downtown within walking distance of bus stops & Jimdak Alley.Upon check in I paid cash for my 3 night booking but was not provided with a receipt which I thought was strange but as long as my booking was honoured I was not concerned. Reception staff have limited english.My room was spacious and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Everything worked fine. The bathroom was large with excellent hot water & water pressure.There us a 7-11 next door as well as a CU store nearby and many restaurants.

red light in the room and the corridor is kinda weird, would be nice to have a toilet bidet as well as mugs in the room.

spacious, big, relax. Close to the market. The bed is hard, but we like that.

there's only 1 big towel despite we're with 2, but it's okay, there are also other small towel. There are only sugary coffee.

it was in a good enough location close to bus stop and to the walking street. has elevator , receptionist speaks a bit of English and offered a map of the city

IT IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS A MOTEL. you arrive to a very humid badly lit room with condoms and lubricant.. they should not be calling this a hotel if it is a se x motel. the bathroom amenities are shared between previous guests: case in point, bathroom slippers are not single use, hand soap is a bar of soap used by previous guests. etc etc. for a country so afraid of covid up until mid 2022, i must say this motel is far behind in hygiene or sanitation standards

Hotel was extremely close to the Andong Mask FestivalClean and comfy room, nice staff.Easy parking in the yard.

Aircon was not clean but we didnt have to use it, the weather was chill already.

Well located close to many eating options. Reasonable value for money. Free parking.

CLEANERS WERE GREATCLOSE TO BUS STOP AND RESTAURANTSGOOD BASE TO EXPLORE THE TOWN, TOURIST SITES, MARKETS, PARKS AND MURALS.

I ASKED FOR A QUIET ROOM BUT WAS OPPOSITE THE 7/11 STORE AND SIDE ROAD WITH NOISY PEDESTRIANSNO BEDSIDE LAMPRECEPTION STAFF WERE UNHELPFUL AND SPENT LOTS OF TIME LOOKING AT A WALL OF CAMERAS, A BIT WEIRD!!SOUNDPROOFING POOR . COULD HEAR OTHER PEOPLE USING SHOWERS AND TOILETS AT ALL HOURS.BEFORE ARRIVING IN KOREA, I ASKED TWICE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON GETTING THERE BUT GOT NO RESPLONSEsHOWER WAS DIFFICULT TO GET A GOOD TEMPERATURE.
