Clean; good service

Mattress was hard

Room was ok, got underground parking, despite the info there was no availability, a little basic but good for one night, close to Hahoe Historic Village, so ideal to start the day there in the morning

Pool was already closed as season was over first of september

Excellent room. Free car parking. The room was clean & tidy. Good & varied breakfast. good bed and excellent bathroom. Good choice of restaurants in the vacinity. problem with TV (a previous customer had reset it) was resolved by staff within 5 minutes

The self clearing in the breakfast room meant that the tables were not cleaned by staff. Earlier customers had not cleared up very well and there were no staff to rectify this.Instructions in English for the air conditioning would have been appreciated.

A convenient location to stay on a road trip between Seoul and Busan about 25mins out of Andong with reasonable pricing. Located in a small high rise satellite township where we could find everything we needed within a short walk from the hotel.Free onsite parking included

Basic rooms in average conditions with fairly hard beds. Also a fair distance from Andong itself (about 25 mins by car)

Nice location, clean room, nice view from the room.

The bed was like sleeping on cardboard on the floor.

Breakfast was average, no shampoo or shower gel in the room, had to buy them at reception for extra cost.

The location is good in new developed area of Andong. Very close to Andong Hua Wu historical site. There are a lot of restaurant near the hotel which provide plenty of dinner choices.

The hotel entrance is a little hard to find.

There was a female employee who helped us arrange passenger transportation bookings and solve transportation problems. I really appreciate.

Modern, clean, big room

BED! The mattress felt like floor! I have a family room with a queen size and single bed, but the mattress make me felt like I’m having a ondol room. Location is far from all attractions, 35 min drive each way.

Staff spoke english. Super friendly. Excellent location 40+ restaurants within a couple blocks. Low price but very upscale. Underground parking included.

Beds are not as hard as traditional Korean beds but very firm. Pillows were soft however and multiple types sizes per bed.

Location is close to the folk village and there is ample free parking

It’s a little dated and could do with a refresh. Breakfast needs to be better.

Breakfast was not good at all. Probably the worst hotel breakfast I have had.

Nothing really wrong, it was clean and the staff were helpful. Bed was very firm but ok. Several restaurants nearby. The room was sparsely decorated but most amenities were supplied. It was very reasonably priced for us at $120.oo per night so you can’t expect 5 star.

Nice clean and large hotel rooms close to Hahoe Village and the Andong Paper Factory. Staff were helpful and great at organising taxis for us, a group of 6 people. Close to a great coffee shop and Chinese restaurant

Area was very new and a little deserted at times and a 20 min taxi ride from the city. Beds were quite hard, for my liking. Chef was on the door at breakfast with dirty uniform each day so a bit off putting. Tables at breakfast weren't too clean.

A little hard to find, but overall was a satisfying stay.

Digital lighting system was confusing and lmpractical. There was not enough towel hangers and hooks.

Parking space was too small for big car. Breakfast cost krw 13000. Air in the room was not fresh as not allowed to open the window in the room.

the staff was nice at the reception. room was on a higher floor.

we booked the hotel because of the rooftop terrace and pool, which were not open anymore middle of September where it was still warm. we only found out about that upon arrival. very disappointing.

The breakfast was good and inexpensive. They also offer a lot of amenities. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

The bathroom door was not clean and the room was loud. You can hear all conversations from the corridor as if they happen in your own room.

The room is big and clean.

The access to swiming pool will cost you 10 000 wons per person, and the pool is very small.It was quite difficult to speak english with the staff.
