Hotel was very noisy with both disco and street noise until late.Reception staff moost unhelpful and tried to charge twice at checkout whhen bill allready settled. Web site clearly infected as I got many spam emails. Complained to Booking.com

Linens, bed sheets were not clean, mosquitoes were flying around, Towels were not clean.

It's a Good Hotel, and this is my sixth stay there. Very good service. This time, the hotel was under renovation, so there was a bit of chaos, but overall, they are as good as ever. Food is good and the staff is awesome.

No internet was a big challenge, especially for people like us who seldom get full leave and have to work part-time even when on leave. This should have been conveyed earlier. The mobile network is not good.

The bathroom got wet after a bath. An enclosed shower is desirable. A towel set with extra towels needed instead of just two towels. Noisy guests through very late night - quiet hours needed.

Overall bad experiences. The room was dirty and unhygienic. Linen provided was not good too. Bed was uncomfortable. Won't be recommending anyone. Bed was uncomfortable. Washroom was stinking. Room has so many mosquitos. I traveled with my parents and infant. Nobody slept entire night.

In front desk net connection was so poor that couldn’t pay with card. Had to pay in cash. This is a great problem.

Just like an ordinary hotel. Rental is too high considering the size and the getup of the room. In short very pricey.

The rooms. Very badly designed. The fan was noisy. The wire of the water heater is too small to reach the plug point. The table is just stuffed in. No space to sit or move. The bathroom has one rod above the toilet otherwise two hooks of which one is broken and the other one is too small that a jean can be hanged.

The room had cockroaches, cupboard not very clean, bed linen and blanket not very fresh. Overall it should not be a Delux room.
