The hotel is clean . Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Food is delicious.
Sometimes Electric power cut off at night was not comfortable. As a hotel should have a generator.
The staff was really helpful. Rather small hotel but lovely atmosphere. Loved the Korean breakfast.

Close to Thai embassy around has restaurant Korean minimart and Bank
1 staff is not friendly she give you only 1 keycards for the elevator and door entrance and we came here as couples I don’t understand why
Very comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, a bunch of other clients were very noisy after midnight, slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway. It took 2 calls (the last one around 1:30am) to the reception for these clients to stop being noisy.
The restaurant staff was very friendly. Also, house keeping and front desk staff were very attentive to race a charging cable to us just as our taxi was about to pull away. very much appreciated.
We had two rooms and there were roaches in both bathrooms. Location was not what we expected.

The wind from the air conditioner smells like cigarettes and smells bad.
I forgot my toiletries in the bathroom and the housekeeper brought it to the reception so I got it back about two hours after I had checked out. Besides, the breakfast buffet has greatly improved since my last stay.Awesome staff!
Could anyone explain to me why, when plenty of other rooms are available, the room right next to the one we've booked is assigned rather than the second next available?

From September 1, 2018, the property will offers complimentary taxi services daily for in-house guest from Grand Hotel Vientiane to and from City Inn Vientiane in the city center. The taxi transfers begin from 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM daily from Grand Hotel Vientiane and will return every 30 minutes from City Inn Hotel. A damage deposit of USD 20.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
