    Very Good

    Based on 192 reviews

    Pros +

    • Location is good, very near to the park, night market and tourist sites
    • The breakfast was pretty good - eggs cooked to order and an assortment of fruits, vegetables, toast, sausage and bacon to choose from. Location was good - a quiet side street close to many restaurants and shops.
    • It is def a great location and the staff were nice! The room was spacious and they’re comfortable.

    Cons -

    • The interior facilities to be renovated. In the evening, we found the plumbing pipe beneath the basis is broken and water was flowing to the floor. No maintenance until late morning next day and we couldn’t use the was basin at all.
    • We were given Room #1, which is adjacent to the lobby and the breakfast area so it was particularly loud early in the morning when the staff was preparing breakfast. We should have requested a higher floor or a different room.
    • Unfortunately, our experience was greatly affected by an unexpected charge for dirty towels. This is the first time we’ve ever encountered a hotel charging guests for used towels, something that was neither communicated nor disclosed prior to our stay. This lack of transparency is disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management reviews this policy and ensures clearer communication moving forward, as practices like this significantly impact guest experience and trust. It was such a great stay but we end up being disappointed.

Location is everythingStaff is very polite

I was expecting something better, stairs are old and slipperybathroom is disgustingbed is not comfortable at all

Bed was exceptionally comfortable—as good or better than beds in high-end hotels in the US. Room itself was nice. Good AC. Complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was very good and included both Western items and local items.

The location is very convenient to the major sights in Vientiane. Because of the lack of house numbers and my limited cell data service it was tricky to find—I suggest you bring a printed map with the location marked.

The hotel was simple but clean, and overall good value for what I paid. The location was convenient, which made getting around easy. Nothing luxurious, but it had everything I needed.

The only downside was the check-in experience—staff seemed a bit dismissive, as they were in the middle of lunch and didn’t seem too eager to assist. Other than that, everything was fine and I had a comfortable stay.

Great boutique hotel in the center of Vientiane. Convenient to lots of restaurants and nightlife. Nice furnishings. Nice decor. Felt like I was in Vientiane. Very charming.

The staff were very nice, but had trouble communicating in English.

Good staff, good breakfast, good location. The staff were quick to change our room to something cooler.

Our original room was very hot. Also there was some noise at night time. The television did not work. And there was no lift.

    10LucaPosted on: 4-21-2025

Very kind staff, wide range of amenities in the bathroom, 4 big bottles of water in the room.

View from the room not very nice.

    10MariskaPosted on: 3-3-2025

We had a very pleasant 2-night stay. Our room was a good size and had all that we needed: comfy bed and pillows, mini fridge, hot water (even in the bathroom sink) and 4 bottles of water every day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and breakfast was adequate with a few Asian choices, as well as cook-to-order eggs and bacon, and some fruit choices. Location is perfect, within walking distance to a large night market, lots of restaurants, and sights. I would stay here again.

    8StevenPosted on: 3-3-2025

The room was very large and nice. The staff tried to be helpful, but very little English

Breakfast was basic and very monotonous... no changes for four days.

    9GrahamPosted on: 3-2-2025

Great location, helpful staff and good breakfast. Great hot shower and good bed

Limited facilities and hence seemed a little expensive

    9JoePosted on: 3-1-2025

    Quite close to everything

I was awoken one morning at 1.00am by a noise, looked out of window and across main entrance from hotel some guy was using a power washer on front of his car for 10 minutes !

    8PeterPosted on: 2-20-2025

The Breakfast was good.Location fantastic.Staff was very nice.

The room water pressure was low. Also the car park we were told to park the car, we were charged parking fee by the ground people. Hotel staff said parking was free.

    7LuckyPosted on: 1-29-2025

Clean and comfortable in good central location, economical.

No lift nor anyone to help carry bags four flights of stairs. Not all staff very friendly but did get m help by morning receptionist to print boarding cards.

    8AliPosted on: 1-25-2025

The room was small but well arranged. We had a window but it looked straight out on to a wall. Maybe check if that matters to you.We were in the old part of the city and a great location for walking the streets and also getting a tuk tuk.The breakfast was really good, western style breakfast as well as Asian, the eggs were cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The TV in the room was great, I could cast my phone to it and watch films.Electronic key, I love these over a traditional key, they are so easy to keep in your wallet/purse.

There was nothing I didn't like

    9MichaelPosted on: 1-22-2025

centrally located, quaint hotel. had lots of local charm.

Internet was spoty. Although I didn't mind there is no elevator.
