Good location easy to find place to eat and supermart. Stay in the corner little walk to find the three wheels motorbike. Accept Thai QR Code for tourists. Comfortable room and bed.

Wrong address in Booking! We took tuktuk and cannot find then in the address that they shown. But right address in google map. Staff help nothing, don’t answer phone and no action to my complaint. I don’t think they are friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Most of staff can understand English, and helpful.

Everything was very comfortable and very good. Clean hotel with comfortable bed and big rooms. Such fabulous location. Right in the heart of the city. So many restaurants n cafes right outside. Also bike n car rental right opposite to the hotel. Just very convenient.

Water leakage in the Bathroom.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean. It was close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Wifi constantly dropped.

Spacious room and super quiet at night (was a little worried about the noise being roadside but the thick walls blocked any of that out, I never heard a peep). Breakfast was always delicious too and the front desk always helpful. Of all the places I stayed in Vientiane, this place had the fastest and most reliable wifi (even better than some of the more expensive hotels I stayed at)

my room was facing the street and that was a problem with traffic noise. I had to use earplugs to get to sleep. Even late at night when there is not much traffic overall, you still get occasional really loud motorcycles or trucks. They do have rooms away from the street; Highly recommend only stay in those rooms, not in a room facing the street. Staff is friendly, but cannot speak English. Google translator is a huge help.

Large comfortable room.

When booking on Booking.com it was indicated that included breakfast was 7am to 9am. When looking for breakfast after first night's stay I was advised that the hotel does not cater for breakfast and that there were plenty of places nearby where breakfast could be bought. The hotel is located on the corner of an intersection of two very busy streets and the traffic noise could be heard late into the night and from the early hours of morning. I think the hotel is overpriced for the facilities and service provided. In fact no service really other than check in, check out and housekeeping. A hotel at these prices should be providing breakfast as many cheaper hotels and guest houses in Vientiane do.

The team was very helpful and accommodating. The bed and bed linens are super comfy.
