Beautiful room, friendly staff. The hotel was close to some of the temples, but kind of far to walk to the Patuxai monument and That Luong

The water in the shower never got warm ? it was always cold.

Location across night market. Good breakfast.

Boring room. Everything was gray, floor, ceiling, walls, window blinds. Our corner room was noisy. Traffic all night.

The breakfast was superb as was the location. The staff were were very good and helpful, Som on reception was superb, he spoke good English, organised transport and was always helpful. Nice polite owners as well. We would stay again

Great hotel, very clean, nice room, great staff. The noise was difficult. It overlooks the night market. There is always a band with deep bass music vibrating until late into the night. Would not stay there again due to the noise. Might be ok if you don't have a room with a window.

Great location walking distance to many things. Staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety of foods and fruits

Some of the rooms are facing the night market or Main Street and can be pretty load until late. It’s not terrible but it is there. Many rooms don’t have a window that is clear but rather frosted giving it a darker feel

Location is amazing.

Air Conditioner was not working properly. The staffs opened the air condition and it was completely filled with dust. It was disgusting and air wasn’t cooling down enough. The hotel didn’t charge room even though I requested. Also, the hallway was really hot. I will not go back to this hotel again.

Very central location, right in front of the night market and close to all the attractions! Spacious rooms.

- Great Location. It was right on the river, within walking distance to many key sights, and immediately across from the night market.- New Hotel. Everything looked brand new and the room was very clean. Housekeeping was daily and the AC was great. We also had a very quiet stay.- Diverse Breakfast. We really enjoyed the breakfast with many Western and local options.

- Unsafe Stairs. Unfortunately, this is the reason why I rated our stay so low. The stairs are extremely slippery to a point where they are very unsafe and one can easily slip. Be sure to use the handrail at all times.- Disappointing Shower. The water pressure was fine, but the amount of hot water was limited. Contrary to the photos online, nothing separated the shower from the rest of the bathroom so the floor was very wet after taking a shower. - Difficult Power Outlets. The good news is that there are many outlets in the room. The bad news is they are difficult to manage. We had to jiggle or shove our plugs into the outlets, and still only some of them actually fit.

Staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious.

Be careful to bring your own Toothbrush, night pajamas, in room footwear ( small but annoying as they won’t provide any of those)

The staff at this hotel was exceptional!! They went above and beyond to respond to all of our requests in a timely manner. On one day, when I was sick and had food delivered to the hotel, the staff even offered to provide me with bowls and utensils so that I can eat my food. They always greeted us with a smile and consistently asked if they could help with anything. Our room was cleaned within a couple of hours every day. We go out for breakfast and come back to a clean room!! The location of the hotel was perfect!! It was right in front of the night market and near to many stores, restaurants, etc. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again during my next visit!! THANK YOU to the wonderful staff for a wonderful stay!!

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was great, and the owner is very sweet. I got a room that didn’t get too much noise from the outside so it was quiet. Happy experience.

When I messaged them, they said they accept Amex with a surcharge which I was willing to pay, but when I arrived, they said they don’t accept it even though the board on their desk said they do. I had to pay in cash.

The location is great. Nice view of the river and besides that, everyday night market right in front of the hotel.The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. It exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was super new & clean. New mattress and pillows. Immaculate and high quality bathroom. Great shower. Great varied breakfast buffet. Very helpful/ attentive staff (the best I've seen). Would definitely recommend.

Wall plugs are a bit tight. You might have to force your charger in.Due to proximity to the nightmarket you will hear obnoxious Laos music played in the evening. The place can get a bit noisy. Though expected for the great location.

very strong Wi-Fi!! I had important work video calls and can confirm it’s great for remote work here. 70+ mbps. the room had a nice desk, comfortable bed. good location but breakfast was especially good! a good spread of Laotian and western food and food from Laos is soooo good.

my room had a window but it was 2-3 feet from another building, so didn’t really count as a window

Facilities are clean and cozy. It has good proximity to downtown. The staff is willing to help and is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious and is a little different each morning with a combination of Lao and Western food.

Internet (wifi) at first wasn’t working well in our room. We were moved to another room and then it worked much better.The rooms can be noisy given how close to the market and street. For us wasn’t a problem, but it can be if you’re sensitive to noise.
