- The staff is very friendly and helpful that everything works in the room as advertised the location is great
- Quiet area near the beautiful temple, 10 minute walk to the main road where Songthaews can be flagged down to get into downtown every 10-15 minutes. Busses from the train station also pass by right in front of the property. Just ask to get dropped off near That Luang. The staff is also very helpful and will arrange transport if you are too squeamish to get around by yourself. It's a 30-minute walk otherwise.

- The beds are a little hard for me but I'm an American most people will find them just fine
- The AC even with a combination with a fan wasn’t able to cool a slightly bigger room I had down sufficiently for a comfortable sleep (and I am a person who usually feels cold)
- A lot of mosquitoes in the room! But they do provide an electric fly killing spatula which we had a blast with.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Also close to the Thatluang for an evening walk and about a 15 minute walk to surrounding stores.
Bed is too firm for me.

Don't listen to the reviews, this hotel is still under construction the rooms are very old and not clean, looks like the workers are also staying at the hotel, please find a different alternative to stay you will not be happy here.
