Location was very good. Great location next to night food market. Breakfast very good with many choices. Staff were great and made us feel welcome. Airport pickup was very professional and made entry into Laos easy. Thank You.

Location is convenient and staffs are friendly

They charged more price than what was shown or emailed by Booking.com and rooms were not close for family to stay comfortably

There is another hotel that is known locally as the Best Western.Every Taxi driver I had took me there first.None of them seem to know this place.Had to walk a few streets with my luggage on the first night after finding out It was at the wrong Best Western.The reception at that hotel gave me the impression it happens a lot.Not the sure stay's fault, just taxi drivers not keeping up with the knowledge.

Smooth check in process with welcome drinks. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast has a wide selection of Asian and Western choices. The room was very spacious and clean. We have been given a very very quiet room as requested. It's located next to a night market and many bars and temples. They also have security staff for the night.

+ The location of the hotel is good, with easy access to local attractions.+ The rooftop bar was a nice touch, offering a pleasant view and atmosphere.+ The staff was friendly and always greeted with a smile, which made the overall experience more welcoming.

While the staff was friendly, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism in certain aspects.The coffee from the machine was unpleasant, and unfortunately, there were no croissants available at breakfast.The internet was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected.The hotel had a strong chemical scent due to air fresheners or sprays, which was overpowering and unpleasant.The general atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit lacking in terms of attention to detail and consistency in service.

Odour in the room and breakfast not fresh and much choice also breakfast rotates only 3 songs so I listened to same song twice whilst at breakfast

The road is under construction, a bit inconvenient to stay. However, it’s not the hotel’s fault.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and so friendly

The hotel was lovely, clean, welcoming and in a great location near the night market. Breakfast was great.

The rooms werent very sound proff and there were some noisey people staying int he hotel making a noise and banging doors at inconvenient times.

SureStay hotel is located in the middle of Vientiane near the night market and where the nightlife is. We had a room in the ninth floor with an awesome view. They have a rooftop bar with exceptional view and it was a pleasure just to walk one level up and down between room and bar, which we did every night. The fitness room is well equipped! They have a good breakfast buffet where you can eat international dishes as well as Asian dishes and fruits. Eggs in all shapes and colors are ordered and served directly from the kitchen. Everything is clean. In the ninth floor you have a nice viewing balcony at the end of the floor, which is also the smoking area. The rooms are functional, nothing more nothing less. Excellent Internet.

The most prominent message in the welcome email was the warning that smoking is prohibited and that you will be fined in case you do it. That was a little awkward! But when you’re actually there the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the staff is really friendly!

Spacious, well appointed room. Great hotel facilities. The staff are excellent as is the location and the sky bar is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Location is superb, next to many restaurants and Mae Khong river, night market just a few steps from hotel.

I have booked 3 bedrooms and all of them got mouldy and musty smells so I have asked staff to change our rooms. Man at reception had promised to do it then he gone so I need to called again and lady at lobby she came by herself took us to check to another room and changed rooms for us , thank you.

Good location, clean

Poor breakfast, broken shower in our room that hasn’t been fixed despite asking the staff to do it, and problems with communication with the staff

October 27 - 29, 2022 room 802Easy check-in. The hotel wanted to bill me in US$, but not being American it would mean 2 conversions - kips to US$ and US$ to my currency, i said no. Also they requested a 500 000 kips cash deposit , no credit card.The room is very clean and very bright having large windows on 2 sides. The hotel is new, and is  located steps away from the river-side market and a short walk from the other. On the bed there was a letter addressed to me, a nice gesture.Bed very comfy. In the shower,  water pressure too low and temperature inconsistent.  the hot!-cold mixing system does not function well,it keeps switching between cold and very hot, we asked for someone to fix it.But no one came.Breakfast, a small combination of western and Lao food, all served cold. There is a made-to-order egg station. On the first morning the orange juice and the braised duck were excellent. Second morning fried rice, sauteed ground pork, and dumplings all pretty good. Third morning excellent curry and exceptional 3-fruit pastries Coffee could be better, a bit too weak. A special thank you to the friendly , helpful and smiling Breakfast personnel for an great job making guests feel welcome.WIFIAt first you have to enter WiFi login info and password over and over again.Fast problem-free Check-out.Overall a good but not great stay.N B.Email communication needs to be improved. Location was excellent, upstairs rooftop bar Tipsy Elephant is really good.Good size comfortable rooms.

Staff checking our room on departure and saying we lost a small hand towel, but we never had a small hand towel provided. Frustrating.

It’s a nice property, with a good roof top, good hotel gym and rooms a nice size and comfortable

It would be nicer if check in process could be faster (this is a comment for many hotels). Breakfast is good but would be a plus to have natural juice.

Wonderful smoking area on 9th floor

9th floor smoking area was locked after dark to all nonresidents of 9th floor. Very disappointing. Had to use sky top bar which was loud and crowded. Also intermittent sewage odor in hallways on most floors. Very inconsistent with everything else being excellent.
