Nice and clean, the staff was really cooperative, smooth and fast check in & out, overall great experience

The room was in first floor so the view wasn’t like what i was expecting, so that was kind of disappointing

Room was huge and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was varied with generous portions. Excellent cappuccinos. Convivial lobby. Def felt the French influence.

It was hot and some outdoor shady space and/or a pool would have been nice.

Everything is excellent the rooms the bed & pillows,the staff ,great choice of a la cart breakfasts we had 4 nights & returned for 1 other night the lady manager upgraded our room to a suit There is a good restaurant great service, and they have an amazing wine bar , Steve UK

Large room spotlessly clean. Nice and wellkoming staff. Nice location overlooking the Mekong - close to many small restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Fantastic place along the river. Wonderful staff. Location an easy walk to many sights. Amenities great. Room was spacious and comfortable.. cannot wait to return.

A great place to use as a base for visiting Vientiane. Well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great roof-top restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. 10-minut walk to the night market and short taxi ride to the sights of Vientiane. Recommend a room a river view and balcony.

Everything was good.

The view, the balcony, the magnificent breakfast choice, the Fred Sirieux-a-like front of house master, the chilled Parisian vibe.

A pool would have made it perfect. Not impressed either with the rooftop restaurant, either the quality and definitely the inflated prices.

Big and clean room. Good Breakfast and convenient location. Staff was very kind.

Bathroom was smelly. Restaurant offered average quality touristic menu. Would be good if Management can consider giving it more character by offering more of the Local or French original flavour.

No wine by the glass- trivial,I know.

Well-appointed rooms. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, with a lovely view of the Mekong, especially at sunset. Helpful and attentive staff. 12-minute walk to the Night Market. Good selection of outdoor restaurants nearby serving fresh seafood.

For a hotel that prides itself on high quality wines, it seems strange that they do not have a house wine by the glass. Even more strange that we were given a glass of rose on arrival as a welcome drink. If they sort this out, and you like a glass of wine, then we would highly recommend. If you don’t like wine, we highly recommend.

Attitude of staff n hotel management, very money minded n petty n superficial

A lovely hotel located close to the river and in walking distance of cafes. Staff were very helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was very welcome! We ate there too - on the rooftop restaurant - great views and lovely breeze. We were well looked after. Only there one night - should have stayed longer.

Excellent hotel. Manager of property is very helpful. Great roof top restaurant with sunset.

Comfortable place and the staff is super attentive. The rooftop bar is a great place to watch the sunset above the Mekong.

Room facilities not great, no pool, no gym

We stayed at La Seine on the very last leg of our trip in Laos. It was a refreshing stay after the sub-par and overpriced accommodations we had stayed at previously during our travel. We had a great lunch and had a comfortable night in the spacious room with a king beg. Clean and comfortable spacious bathroom.

The sliding door of the bathroom wasn't easy to move and we were not able to fully close it. Probably just for the room we stayed in. It would be great if the facility could fix it.
