    Pros +

    • Nice staff and helpful ?
    • Actually good placement, I could reach any place in the city I wanted with ease. Staff usually did a pretty good job of pretending they were happy to have guests. They were polite enough to smile most of the time and respond if asked repeatedly.
    • Good location

    Cons -

    • Studio style, very narrow, no room for anything. mouse scratch noise in the morning at about 5 am. Smell odor.
    • There is no point in listing everything. Suffice it to say that the owner has saved even on light bulbs. One 20 watt bulb I bought gave much more light than all the pre-installed lighting.
    • Asked to have a balcony when I booked 8 months ago and was told ‘you have one’ when I arrived I was given a room with a brick wall 1 inch back from the window and told if I wanted a balcony now it would cost me more than double per night than what I was paying for 4 days!! Bad business practice, always read reviews

Great location, very friendly staff, ok for price paid.

no credit or debit cards accept, cash only. No working t.v, no window. No personal hygiene items provided even though advertised. Deal breaker for me was hot water heater did not work. Only 1 thin blanket.

    Cheaper price.

Laos staff is very much impolite and rude. If i am Boss there,I will Fire him. Vietnamese staff ok. Too small room. Too much loud. Air-conditioner not good working so I couldn't sleep. From air-conditioner so much water drop falling.due to small room i couldn't avoid water drops .

    not recommended

bad hotel, small rooms, dirty and smell bad. aircon is very noisy. staff don't speak english.

    3JohnPosted on: 8-23-2024

The location was the only good thing about it

The only window in the apartment was blocked off by a brick wall. The shower toilet and sink were in a room smaller than a prison cell. The sink leaked water whenever you used it. The television didn’t work in fact we were advised none of the TVs worked in the establishment. The only closet had used tissues and parts removed from the air conditioner.

    Not good.

There isn't Breakfast as they say, everything runs down, you have to fight to get a fridge who's working, when we where trying the politely way we where told nothing is working, what do you expect its a very cheap hotel, If you pay in Kip the charge you way to much for us 1 million kip more So we ended up with a working fridge after some threads that included free ice every day. English isn't really a option, unless your lucky and talk with the guy from India. He is great and really try to help you. Cleaning doesn't exist we where there for 9 days, and had no Cleaning at all.

They washed my clothes and the staff were very helpful

They gave me a room on the 5th floor with no lift access. The room was dirty, with old furniture and had 4 single beds, like a hostel or a prison. A hospital could be more comfortable than their room. The toilet light wasn't working, and on my last day, the room's door wouldn't close. On the first night, while I was asleep, it rained and water leaked from the roof into my room, soaking my phone. It felt like sleeping on the street. After spending 3 months in Southeast Asian hotels, this one was by far the most terrible and poor hotel. I don't recommend it at all. They really need to fix it first.

I like the location near to all tourist spot. Nice attitude of the owner of the hotel.come to fix the aircon even night.

Need to check if the towels are clean.because we cant use for shower the towel we have that time.its little bit dirty.

    Leaving it

My pillows and bedding was DIRTY, something moist covering one of the pillows. The other had grey cotton bubbles (from use) and stunk like it had not been washed in some time.. I had to strip the bed, wash things myself and luckily took my own towels to sleep with! (Yes that bad)There were notes around the room left by previous guests stating the bedding was dirty too, I was probably using the same dirty bedding…Upon check-in my total was $22.5USD - I had kip and wasn’t aware of the exchange rates yet, I was told okay 950,000kip for your 2 night $22.5 stay. As soon as I got wifi and realised I confronted the receptionist, it should be less than 600,000kip. He laughed, “different exchange rate here” of course hotels will charge a bit extra but That’s a SCAM!I stripped everything and threw it in the bathroom in an attempt to force them to clean for the next guests. I have lived in Thailand for sometime, I stick to a budget. So I have seen lots of cheap hotels and even hostel/dormitories. This is the worse, most filthy place I have seen. The photos are bad but add the smell too. BAD!!!!

    room and view are nice

water is too slow, not so good bathroom.

    1TimPosted on: 4-23-2024

The hotel did not have our booking. They did not even have a king room in the whole hotel. This place is clickbait. False advertising.

I liked it when I went next door and got a better room for cheaper.

    Bed and balcony, nice.

That bathroom is horrible. Breakfast is coffee and thee.

    3StephenPosted on: 4-2-2024

The bed was comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. That's about all the good parts I can say.

The bathroom was horrible, not clean and smells, had this strange spiky floor panels which you need shoes to walk on. The door to the bathroom didn't close. The window to the hallway was open and not locked till I saw it and closed it myself. It was very noisy from some renovations, which can't be helped. But luckily it was just 1 night.
