Bad service worst room and washroom ever

Avoid. Look for other options

They charge more for...toilet paper and blankets! Wifi doesnt reach the room. The sheets were dirty as were the pillows. I flagged this to the attendant and was given another sheet. There are better options, suggest looming elsewhere, like samsara resort on the beach, or a hot of other options that are better value for money.

Horrible

Rooms are not good enough for the price we paid..They didn't provide blankets in both rooms. Mattress was the worst..Could not sleep properly. They mentioned "view" in the website and it was nothing but the plot and building nearby. Host/receptionist had a very very bad attitude..They should shutdown the place.

Good for low budget stay...

Wifi is not available in my accommodation area...No breakfast.....Night lots of noise from neighbor room , disturb my sleeping...No blanket... Only pillow cover and bed sheet.....

Hotel Manager was very rude. We updated already about our checkout to manager earlier in the morning and he said it’s okay you can come any time and checkout from your room but at the time of checkout he charged more money from us.All hotel was empty only we were staying but he didn’t respect us because he found us Hindus and he was Muslim.

Room was good

Owner behaviour very unprofessional. My room key was given at 6 in evening and next day 11 asked me to checkout. I was not given blanket and wifi password. No food option available. In the bathroom some gents innerwear was kept which I asked them to remove. At night 10 they asked me to do payment. My luggage was kept outside from 12 pm to 6 pm stating since payment not done can't keep. I came for check-in then room not available. It was totally there fault but they expect money on time and checkout on time. Very bad behaviour by owner.

Nothing to like

No bedsheets and blankets were provided. Only one towel for 2 people provided. No handwash, leaking tap, no tissue papers, pillows were smelling, current in the bathroom was full of mold. Staff was not helpful and very arrogant.

Hotel rooms not nice and staff behavior very worst. Drinking water speciality is not there in room.Either talking on the phone or lying in person or the room is not like in the photo

Solar water heater is available . Only cold water is coming during morning.Electric water heater is better for ealy morning usage.

Room looked niceBed was comfortable. There was a spacious cupboard and a work table and a nice balcony.

Found ants and cockroaches around the bed. They have listed many amenities on this site and other sites but these were just fake promises.They have listed that there is a restaurant but there isn’t.They listed there is telephone but there isn’t. They listed they offer room service but there isn’t.They listed bell boy but there isn’t.They didn’t even provide a blanket even though the climate was cold and we booked an AC room!Who does that????Never booking here again

We asked hot water for drinking but not give i give complaint on reception they tolled room service not provided here totally waste money and uncomfortable resort
