1. Room conditions were pathetic. After raising a complaint with the manager, the air conditioning was not working correctly. He said that you can leave and book somewhere else. Since I was travelling with a small baby, I had to adjust and use a hand fan. 2. facility: No TV, No hair dryer, No locker, No fridge and No proper locks3. Service take lot of time

They did not take credit card for paying the room rent. This caused me extreme difficulty as I had to walk for over 25 minutes to go to an atm ti get cash

Little shabby for the price we paid, £75 excluding taxes for a night.

Location location..food was superb..staff so friendly and courteous.

Beds and pillows in room are not the best.. room cleaning could be more regular ..room a bit dated .. could do with a bit of TLC..

10/10 for location and view. you can spend whole day by watching sea view. you can hear sound of waves in the see view cottage.

premium Seaview cottage has zero facility. no hot water. no water pressure in bathroom. one single pouch of shampoo is provided. No tv, no tea & coffee. after paying almost 7k per night you have to purchase breakfast. old property needs renovation which is going on.

I really liked the way it was on the beach and peaceful. Staff is really good and friendly.

Food is bit expensive and very limited veg options

The manager was very polite and welcoming. The location and ambience make this resort a great place to stay.

The staff didn’t have a dress code, wish they had better clothes .

Food was not good and the service was not available in the morning i mean at 7 or 8 am also the coffee was not available

The room was quite old and was not maintained properly, location of the resort was as best as it could be, food was also good, but the only thing that disappointed me was the room, otherwise it was all good, the food, the views, the beach, just because of the condition of the room, it felt overpriced.

Location! Just on the Odayam beach. The property has an independent restaurant (Blue Water Cafe) which was excellent!The staff is good.

It is a no-frills property but some improvements are required:1. Ceiling fans in the rooms/cottages2. Deeper cleaning of the bathrooms ( they were decent tho)

The resort is right on the beach. Very convenient and beautiful views. Peaceful and serene.Basic toiletries were provided. AC was working well.Staff was friendly and polite.Great cold coffee. Food was decent.

Cleanliness could be improved.The towels and bed linen were not clean. Especially, the towels had stains. There were lot of big ants in the room which even came on the bed.

Very nice location, nice garden, amazing view. Friendly staff.

Minimally equipped rooms with worn furniture. Uncomfortable, worn chairs everywhere. Paper-thin walls, everything could be heard from the next room. There were no sunbeds or hammocks in the entire resort area. There was nothing for the comfort of the guests.

Peaceful location away from the centre and right on the beach.

There is no negatives to say really. But only thing to be aware of is the pathway at night time into the main hub is not lit and can be a problem if you have mobility difficulties. But you can get a tuk tuk for 150 rupees.

It is located right on beach, so that was really nice! You can see the sunset from the balcony of your room or from the out side restaurant over looking the ocean. The staff were very nice and helpful.

It wasn’t as clean as I was expecting given the cost for the room. I guess you are paying for beachfront access. The towels and sheets had some stains on them.
