The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is near to cliff.

Good, decent room... close by to the north cliff region in fact it is walkable distance. Special mention to yasir(property owner) helped us in hiring the two wheeler and guiding us to the right visiting places as this was our first time to Varkala.....

Unfortunately there was no power back up..... Usually the guest would expect a call from the hotel staff for confirmation on delayed check-ins which didn't happen in our senario ....

The outdoor lounge/library was great. There are very limited rooms so felt like a villa. The hotel is very close to the cliff. The owner connected us to bike rentals. The owner is very chill and focused on sustainable practices. The hotel has a hippie vibe that promotes peace.

Rooms are a bit unclean and there were a considerable amount of bugs like cockroaches. The curtains are very thin and almost seethru so we did not feel at ease. Some of the fans did not work. The bathroom was old and dingy. The owner tried to connect to us through personal social media profiles which was not appreciated.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially kaisar. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Just one minute walk to beach Thank you soo much ashiyana & staff.

everything was soo perfect , there was nothing that i Don't like.

The property has large social space and a covered balcony to hang out (which we didn't use as we only stayed one night). They have 2 incredibly cute cats.

We were the only guests and the place felt semi-abandoned, with an unmaintained roof terrasse. The bathroom could use some maintenance and an exhaust vent/window to remove the humidity.

Near the beach

No staffs are there for room services.If we need water bottle,bedsheet we have to take from service room.Plug points are not working.For emergency no one will answer the call.Lots of cats are roaming and coming inside the room.

The room was clean and big

1. Once you check in and pay, you won't get any support from anyone2. The room doesn't have mats so if you use rest room you will be walking around with wet legs3. You won't get water or anything because the messages you sent to support whatsapp won't even get delivered4. The bathroom tub was already had left over water after someone took bath. I tried reaching out to front desk but went in vain...it was really filthy5. No offering for towels, soap or water other than the day of checkin where you will see a person to collect your whole moneyIf you just need a big room go ahead and book otherwise please stay away

Decent room, nearby location to beaches.

Need some good screens to cover big windows as current curtains will clearly give away what's inside when we looked from outside.

Place is not clean. It's not like resort. Location is wrong. Wrong number in website. Smelly n broken things. Too small room. Nothing in room not even a kettle. No Toiletries.

Staff was friendly

This place was almost abandoned. Currently there are no tourists in Varkala and we were the first clients of the year. It is advertised as a nice place for yoga. But there was no yoga teacher and the shala was closed.

I didn’t like the guy who’s name is Aarshid (didn’t remember) but who take care there. He doesn’t know how to behave. He was not bothered for cleanliness. He asked inappropriate questions.
