Spacious room, great location, amazing food.

They need to put in a little efforts to upgrade the facility with a few modern amenities.

The hotel is located at a very busy location where it is difficult to find parking and hotel s parking is just nearby, but I couldn't find it intially..i parked near pay and park and went to the hotel...the road side of the hotel is kept ugly...and I felt really disappointed.....once we enter reception everything is kept neat and tidy room is good, spaciousView from the room is stunning..it like watching a big screen tv....without this view staying here would have been unworthy........... ...this is not a cliff side hotel ...beach access Is direct ...but very busy public beach which is not so clean....we can walk from there to cliff side beachSwimmg pool is nice and is kept clean with a safe pool for kidsOver all experience is good ..but when charging 7000 per night we expect them to clean bird droppings from the balcony window...Breakfast was nice...and restaurant is at top floor with nice view of the beach

Shelfin is so friendly and active I would recommend to promote him as team leader , juices variety I didn’t see any healthy option and less healthy breakfast options and continental options only I saw muffin and slice bread only rest all okayHousekeeping staffs so fast service well done ex specially night shift house keeping team memberFinally all in all Anandhu from receptionist friendly with smile ?

Hotel need maintenance , when I request for smallCake on my anniversary stay from reservation team no respond untill I check out from hotel finally we bought cake from outside

Location and scenic beauty

Water charges.No footmat and sleepers in the room.

Staff were very good. Especially the ones in restaurant, santhosh exceeded expections

The views are amazing, the pool is clean, sunset views are good, breakfast is okay,Lunch/dinner ordered from their restaurant is really good.They allowed 2 hours late check out at no extra charge.

The wifi didn't work well.The hotel is overpriced in my opinion.They didn't re-heat the food we ordered from else where.

Pool was out of order so for children there was nothing for entertainment

The location of this property. Staffs are good and very cooperative.

Urgent maintenance of this property is required and the cleanliness is need to be improved. Very limited items are available in foods. It can be one of the best property in Verkala if little bit care has been taken.

Breakfast was good, staff was decent.

It seems to be an old property that could not keep up with cleanliness, so certain areas of the room are permanently dirty. Also, air conditioning is as good as not there and it gets very very hot. Paying almost 6k for a night there is not worth it. You can get better rooms at Varkala at cheaper price.

Room was not ready for check-in. we had to wait to get the room ready. Parking was very limited. property was not clean.

The view from the room was amazing, you could see the pool and the sea from the room. We didn't stay till the breakfast as we checked out at 4 am to see the sunrise in kollam. Staff's were friendly and professional as expected. This location is closer to the local amenities and very closer to the beach. Very Importantly they provided accommodation for driver which was hassle free.

The hotel had spa other other services, it would have been better if they gave information about that service or leave some info in the room. Apart from that nothing else.

Location is superb. People don't know how to utilise it.

Service at the resort was terribly horrible. Starting from the reception. Not to speak of the house keeping. Minimal needs viz tooth brush and paste even were not provided. Even at 7am no one was picking the call at the house keeping, room service or reception. We were badly in need of water. Charges on food were almost like that of Taj.

F&B staffs were very good. Food was good. Nice location.

Spring mattress in our room wasn’t comfortable. A Pigeon was dead in our balcony. Requested to remove it, but no efforts were taken. It was there till we vacated.

Cleanliness, good facilities

One issue we faced is the delay in checkin and the receptionist guy was not user friendly

Staff was coperative specially front desk and breakfast serving boy. We checked out early 7 am due to early flight. They packed fresh breakfast for kids. Room was spacious and cleaned.

Right in front of the beach, if you are lucky you can get to spot dolphins from the restaurant. its right on the beach with a beach facing rooms

Property is right on the beach, u cannot get closer to the beach than this. all day ocean view and breeze and sound, it’s incredible. Glass doors and panoramic windows, there is a lot of light and breeze, loved it.
