- The only disappointment was the windows in my room were unfortunately very dirty on the outside and this obscured the excellent view of the lake outside.

Wonderful Location right on the lake with easy park like surroundings to walk toward many restaurants and pagodas!
I have stayed here many times.Amazing staff. They go to extremes to help with any issuesTop facilities Epic buffet breakfast Should be 6 star rated
Everything was perfect
I literally like everything about Wyndham Grand Hotel. Its location, service, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, just excellent.
The room was in good size. The lication is perfect, next to mall and night club Breakfast was amazing!!
The wall in the public area was quite thin, you could hear music from party. Thanakfully, it stopped at 10, as scheduled.
Excellent property with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The paid upgrade to a lake view was well worth it. The breakfast buffet, however, was quite expensive. Staff were consistently polite and courteous.
Check-in was unusually slow, and my paid upgrade further delayed the process. At 3:30, I was told the room would not be ready until 5:00, which was inconvenient. Additionally, tea at the restaurant $6 per cup felt overpriced. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive.
This is my second time staying here, and I believe this is the best hotel in Myanmar. Super modern huge and beautiful, where I felt safe and happy
I liked the price, it is excellent for a 5 stars hotel very well located with an amazing view on a lake. The buffet was good (not impressive but good). The rooms are very good and the lounge is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything is awesome about this hotel. It's clean, modern, beautiful, and on and on. It's wonderful! The breakfast is top notch. The pool is amazing. Can't wait to go back.
Great rooms, nice pool, staff was super helpful, breakfast was excellent.
It would have been nice to have a few more tables and chairs around the pool.
Luxurious hotel which offers apartment-sized room with great view over the lake! One of the best rooms I have ever stayed! The breakfast is full of variety. The staff is extremely friendly
Everything was great! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Amazing food selection at breakfast and buffet dinner.Super comfortable room and bed. There is even a pillow menue if you want to order different quality. Love the bath towlels.Second time I have stayed here. Great 5 star hotel. My favorite hotel in Yangon.
Loved everything
The room and the food (breakfast). The staff were fantastic.
The swimming pool only got a bit of sun by 10 30 am and by 2 p.m., the sun had disappeared behind a neighbouring building.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing design and perfect, peaceful location. Great breakfast with local and international dishes. Huge and very comfortable room. Great gym. Our concierge Tim helped us organize a trip to the Golden Rock and was very helpful in everything else. The mall downstairs is great for a coffee or a quick lunch.
Some staff members couldn’t understand what we needed, but everyone was very polite and helpful. Pool area was not well kept, it was always a little dirty (the pool is perfectly clean, just the surrounding area). Room service is probably the most expensive meal you can have in Myanmar. A dinner for 2 without alcohol costed more than the room - and it is nothing extraordinary.Overall, these are just small details that could be improved and the stay was perfect regardless!
Nice hotel, nice view of the lake if you ask for that room, good amenities and good breakfast.
