Hotel O Blue Ocean Near R City Mall

When I reached the person on reception was sleeping. When I woke him up he said no vacant room available.

Very cheap property.

Very horrible Experience।very very poor response from staff।I have booked C room but they have no remot of Ac। Very small room and no window, cheated by Booking .com they not confirmed By physical or video Audit hotel quality ,They write toiletries but Hotel not provide anything , ipurchase from Market, there is booked with brackfast but they not pro ide brackfat evenno tea।I was going to office trip need laptop table but they not provide ,no bedsheet clean. Smal ant in room and on bad. Im very very sad withthis type of hotel roomShow business table in room for work but not provide.they say Wifi in room but not provide, food is very cost5and unhealthy.i was stay w night but like 2 years. I paid so how i cancelled.so my majbbori.. otherwise very very poor. Room and stuffing

This hotel is a total scam, I booked the stay for 3 nights and I just stayed here for one day and realized this hotel is an absolute scam there is no water no proper Ac no proper service they still had stuffsfrom previous customer no cleaning broken shelf completely rusted , staff is very untrained and not so well mannered they sleep Infront of the reception office on floor. The owner of the hotel does not know how to treat customers there are people waiting from other rooms for water outside this is worst stay than Mumbai slums guys don't book this place this an absolute scam. Your money is not worth it. I got charged 6k for 3 nights and left the first day and got a better stay at Ghatkopar I did not care about money because the other days to stay there would be like living in hell ?...Not Recommend at All!! Have a better stay some other place.

It all felt extremely lovely. The hotel's rooms are well-maintained. It was really clean, hygienic, and had sufficient sanitation.

Reception was responsive. Wonderful staff, My stay was excellent, neat and clean rooms

Every thing was bad in the hotel,no towels were provided, TV was not working,bed was dirty and the bed sheet, pillows covers were the used one given over there,rooms were smelling as if someone have drunked in the room ,Rooms were in very bad conditions,no facilities to do payment through card or online and they have taken cash from me Rs.1617/- were as online shown to me was 1400/- .This is not at all expected .

everything. it smelled of pee. its shady and weird. this shouldnt be listed on any place. the last guy at the counter plays bhojpuri songs on the highest volume. they keep opening and shutting the shutter through the night. the entrance has thrash and paan stains on both side.

Utterly dissatisfied with cleanliness, wifi and overall stay

WiFi was horrible, kept dropping and virtually unusable. Breakfast didn't come at all. No one from room service showed up to even clean the room in 2 days. There was a used up towel in the corner, no drinking water was provided.

Room service was worst, AC flap was broken, Single bed blanket was provided for two people. Room was not clean even we asked them to clean, Geyser was not working, Break fast was not provided even though it was mentioned during hotel booking. Single towel was provided for two people that was also worn out. Hole were there on towel. TV was also not working. Full booking amount was asked to pay during check in, we denied then we were asked to pay half amount same day & half next morning.
