Land locked location and inconvenient yo move about, no amenities besides those provided by hotel. Bathroom granite a bit old and dirty, toilet bowl water is never clear water.

We stayed at The Westin Mumbai from 15th to 17th August to celebrate my mom’s birthday belatedly, and it turned out to be truly special. The team went above and beyond by arranging not one but two lovely cakes—a fruit cake and a black forest—which were both generously sized and delicious. A big thank you to Shriati for this thoughtful gesture that added so much warmth to our celebration.The Lake View Room was beautiful as always, but what truly stood out this time was the remarkable improvement in both food and service compared to my last stay. Every meal at Lake View Café was excellent, with great variety and taste. Special thanks to Gurinder and MP for making our dining experience memorable—MP ensured we had comfortable seating with a great view, which was especially thoughtful for my mom. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to Shree and Kamlesh.Overall, this stay felt like a major upgrade from my previous visit. The attention to detail, warmth of service, and focus on food quality made it a memorable experience. I’m glad I chose The Westin for this special occasion.

The buffet spreads for each meal were very elaborate. Staff was well trained and very helpful.

At times overcrowding near elevators and restaurants due to large groups staying in the hotel.

The location was good

Room was dusty. The heavenly spa experience was very disappointing. Spa receptionist & staff were rude & rushed us to start our treatment, telling us to take the shorter duration 30mins treatment even though we booked the appointment for 90mins. They said they had other appointments & we had to choose the shorter appointments. The massages were rushed & service was really disappointing - we left feeling more stressed than relaxed. Have been to heavenly spa in westin in Bali & Doha, and had great experiences - very disappointing experience here in Mumbai Powai.

The location, close to the airport and close to Poway, the generous space of the hotel, the rooms, the garden and the swimming pool. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good.

I came about 20 times to this hotel between 2015 and 2019 and liked very much the Italian restaurant Fratelli, which unfortunately disappeared , as well as the bar on the ground floor.

The room size, view and the breakfast was excellent

The fridge was not clean, the room was not worth the amount charged. When we entered the room had a musty smell. The toilet bowl was not sealed after cleaning. The bathroom tub had dust n hair showing that it was not cleaned for days. Didn't expect this at Westin.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Lake View Westin, Mumbai. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a room in the new tower, which made my experience even more special.A special mention to Samson at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. His warm hospitality and professionalism set a great tone for my visit.The facilities, ambiance, and dining options were excellent, making it a stay to remember. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and look forward to returning!

everything as always was spot on - have stayed here four times already in the past two years. Deepa Shetty and Shailesh always go out of their way to make it extra special. Thanks to the entire team also.

Great location for this trip with business meetings in that very area. Great facilities (gym, restaurants etc) and a huge outdoor pool! Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. All in all the service was very good indeed

The room was OK, but starting to look somewhat tired. Cupboards, carpets, fittings etc would benefit from some TLC...:)

Set on a lake, 30 minutes from the airport. Very good buffet breakfast.

Quite a distance (due traffic) from sights of Mumbai.

When there are social functions,like marriages it becomes too noisy and crowded.

Honestly, not much. The receptionist at the check out and the concierge, the driver to the airport were really friendly and competent. This was the only highlight.

Unacceptable worn rooms, old and not clean. The lake view was more a view to a construction site with a lake behind than anything else.Beside the mentioned exceptions in the staff the rest was either unmotivated or just unfriendly.It’s the worst Westin I’ve been at.

Staff is very polite, property is nice and breakfast was amazing.

Paid for 3 people, kept saying there will be 3 in a room and even charged extra for the third person.When we reached the room 1. No extra bed2. No extra toiletries 3. No extra towels / slippers / water bottles What did we pay for exactly? Didn't expect lax service from a 5 star hotel. I'm happy to give my money but I need service in return.

Its situated at Beautifull location. Propert is neat nd clean. Staff is courteous.This room service was not good.Food is also nice nd tasty.
