Room was very comfortable.staff is very proactive the view is very good from hotel all the facilities was good

Room is okay.Only 500 ml water offered complimentary. It should be at least 1 litre. Breakfast was at neighbourhood restaurant . The food quality was good.

The lights in the room were dim. The fan bearing had failed & when switched on was noisy. Had to keep it off. Toilet seat was broken. Only 500 ml water offered complimentary. It should be at least 1 litre. Quantity of food offered at was a little less. For the prices offered by this restaurant, the quantity could be increased for the guests by 25%. Express laundry service should offered to guests. For guests with short stay, the laundry timings are inconvenient.

I like the ambience in the hotel. Food was tasty served on time. The staff was very helpful and supportive.

The hotel was nice. The staff was nice and explained all the policy clearly, other than this the washroom was clean.

The rooms are very small for the price that we pay. There is no hall for break fast, have to go to the adjoining restaurant and not sure how much we can eat .

Rooms are not comfortable. They don't provide enough towels. AC wasn't working. Not recommended.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and the linen had to be changed after my check-in. The ambience was low in the room and the lighting needs to be improved. The choice of breakfast is limited.

Staff behaviour

Chairs and table not available to take lunch and dinner, also room was too small for çouple there is no induction available for making tea or coffee. Supogatiion was there in room , galary not clean, for drying cloths there was nothing, as per rent the facilities not that much good, staff only available for room cleaning at 2pm only

It is maintained clean as shown in the pictures. The staff are welcoming and listening to any issues. Breakfast was provided while this was a review comment earlier. Looks like this team is hearing and working on the feedback received.

Staffs were very helpful. It what made the experience special. Doorman was very kind and staffs at the reception were very welcoming.

Their is no safety if a girl is staying alone their is no latch tho get door close and by master key anyone can one and come inside so not safe for girls and family

Very unhygienic place, blood strains on bed covers, hairs on pillow from previous guests, staff not bothered

the property was not that great and they made me wait for the room and breakfast could be served in the room but they did not do that ok ok hotel

A good clean apartment was made availabe.Its was feesh and tidy.

Cause there was lots of noise from beside room and outside passage.people were easily audioble..even there foothsteps were easily disturbing your peace.
