Hotel Mumbai House - Andheri

Very quiet and comfy bed

That I was expecting a four star hotel and it really was more like a three star.

Staff were really good, show water pressure is really good

fridge did not work, safe did not work, the tvs are outdated and only gave you 1 pillow each, although if you ask for more they will send you. however there were stains on the sheets and pillows. Although they were clean you could tell these stains had not washed out as you would have hoped

The property was very close to the airport

The cleanliness . It was not well maintained at all . Bathrooms were smelly .

The staff is super friendly and made our stay very wonderful

WiFi initially had problems but in the third day it was made and was superb after that! Wonderful job

Staff is polite and room is good.

Food is okay.

Rooms were just enough for solo traveller

Staff is very impolite, not food after 10No breakfast after 9 in morning

The hotel is located not far from airport , however far from heavy road . The receptions are very helpful and breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend this place for short stay trips.

Price was affordable Place was in good location. Was clean and staff was very helpful. Very close to airport

There was not much choice for breakfast. Does not have facilities to charge phones unless you bring your own charger plug.

We had some issues with rescheduled flights and the hotel staff assisted us and help us in these stressful moments.Hotel is nice. Room spacious, bathroom with amenities, daily bottle water is given. Health track for jogging next to hotel. Domino and Pizza hut nearby. Good retail shops nearby.Breakfast and dinner available. Restaurant staff are very polite and helpful.A special thanks to front desk and manager, for their human touch.

Need to add some more variety in breakfast and dinner menus.

Good breakfasts. Comfortable rooms with WiFi

Language barrier..

The location was close to the Metro and to Airport

Breakfast was just for namesake. Both the days same Dosa-Idly-Papaya-Watermelon. Below average

specious room.

network issue and breakfast options

I like staff behaviour, services and communication also location. I really appreciate service & care and will book again the Hotel in the future when I arrive in Mumbai. Thanks to all of them for supporting me.

Nothing to unlike there

property was smallbut well kept

the person at the reception was shrewd, was trying to make more money by giving random reasons

Polite staff, good room, nice view, good location,

It is a little too over priced. But overall everything is very good.

Room size is great, food is awesome location is very close to airport. Nice staff and stay.

Not as such

Passable

Ac not working properly and fans were not there,5th floor it was too hot,ac took half an hour to cool

Excellent staff especially Uday, Whatever time we ask they are fine to pick and drop in the airport.

The hotel is located close to the airport and it´s worth to stay in this hotel because hotel provides also two complimentary taxi ride to the airport. The room was spacious, nice and bed comfortable.

Nothing properly, everything was great. However, we stayed only one night in this hotel.

Friendly and helpful

Not very accessible location
